7 months in and reason I did not give a 5
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought in December. I love it. I installed myself which was simple (which is great since I’m not handy at all). I have never had a dishwasher that was so quiet. You cannot even hear it run. I also love when cycle is almost complete, the door opens up at the end and the steam comes out. My dishes are dry ( even plastic cups) and clean. I use the top rack for my silver silverware, which I never thought I would like. I also like the ease of adjustable shelves. I can put taller tumblers on the top on it and still have height for bottom shelf to put sheet pans. The only reason I did not give a 5 is for some reason it doesn’t take all stains off inside coffee cups

The coolest, quietest, item in my kitchen!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is ABSOLUTELY the quietest dishwasher I have ever heard. Well, actually no because you can’t hear it lol. I can literally be standing right n still to it and don’t know if it’s running. It truly is that quiet. Every dish comes out spotless and shiny. There is a special spot for every dish, silverware and other utensils you may use. The color of navy is the coolest.

Quiet.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only gave it 4 stars because the shortest wash cycle is 60 minutes. All my dishes are free of debris when I put them in the dishwasher. I like the top shelf and wish the entire shelf was adjustable downward like the middle one. It’s quiet.

Doing its job
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washes well. Quiet. no fingerprints. Sometimes the silverware does not always get clean on the top rack. I thought I would not miss a heated dry, but sometimes I do. The wash seems to take a long long time, but all new machines take longer now. Hope it lasts as long as my GE which I had for 19 years!

Quiet dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very quiet. Easy to arrange dishes. The third rack holds small and flat items safely. Dishes are clean. I hope it outlasts the 8 years of my last Samsung dishwasher.

Great machine!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This dishwasher is so quiet you don't even know it's running. It does a great job of cleaning items in all the racks even in the Express Wash cycle. I like the fact that the door opens when it's finished so I know at a glance. The one downfall is that if you run a normal wash, it takes 2 hours!! The good thing is that I don't have to run anything other than the Express Wash most of the time.

I don’t love it but I don’t hate it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had my washer for a few weeks now. It is the quietest machine I’ve ever (not) heard. Seriously cant tell that its running. I like the many wash options and it does a good job getting everything clean. I was particularly excited about the 3rd level but that has proved to be more of a nuisance than a help. In order for my cups to fit on the second tray, it must be in the lowest position. Once in the lowest position my big plates on the bottom interfere with the spinner. If I raise the second level up to clear my big plates then I can’t put my cups in becasue of the third level. I’m probably going to end up taking out the third level. This machine works perfectly if you don’t have tall glasses or big plates.

A modern dishwasher that really works.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only way you'll know if this dishwasher is running is the timer display and the sound of water in your drain pipes. And it cleans wonderfully. Love the third rack up top for flatware - even though it also has traditional baskets in the bottom, the upper rack keeps items separated (no more spooning spoons) so they're spotlessly cleaned. Also love the sleek design, and the remaining time display that is invisible when off is very sci-fi cool.

Quiet dishwasher with super performance
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is our first Samsung after our last three Bosch dishwashers and we’re very pleased with how the linear wash thoroughly cleans everything. It’s so quiet we can barely hear it running! All the new features are great - third top shelf, easy loading, adjustable racks and tines make it a pleasure to use. Great looking and no fingerprints. We recommend trying this high quality appliance. One note - be sure to use rinse aid for better drying in all newer model dishwashers.

Great Dishwasher, But leaks
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased my second Samsung dishwasher, and overall, I’ve been quite happy with its performance. The machine is quiet, efficient, and does a fantastic job at cleaning even the toughest dishes. The design is sleek, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. However, I do need to mention that both of the Samsung dishwashers I've owned developed leaks after some time. Unfortunately, these leaks turned out to be unrepairable, which has been a bit disappointing. Samsung’s customer service has been responsive, and they are currently working on another exchange for me, which I appreciate. It’s frustrating to experience the same issue twice, but I'm hopeful that the next one will be free from this problem. If Samsung can resolve the leaking issue, this dishwasher would easily earn five stars from me.

Excellent Dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously had a LG dishwasher which broke after 8 years of use and needed to be completely replaced. I did a lot of research before purchasing a new one. After doing my research I decided to purchase a Samsung this time. I went with the Samsung - Linear Wash 24" Top Control Fingerprint Resistant Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub. All I have to say is WOW... This dishwasher blows my old dishwasher away and is literally perfect in every way!

Samsung Dishwasher
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stainless steel construction. Really quite while washing dishes, the three levels makes it really nice when you have larger loads and can remove the silver ware basket from the bottom. No issues so far.

Seems good and quiet as can be
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good dishawaher that replaced a much older one that had seen a good life. Hope this one continues as long as that one did. The interior is spacious and easy to load except the door spring is a bit tight and the door doesn't stay open all the way unless you push it. This is not a bad thing but a little annoying because sometimes when you push the bottom rack in the wheels get caught in the small gap made when the door isn't open all the way. The exterior look is good and easy to keep clean. The dishes look good after washing and if you use the additive such as jet dry their are minimal spots and the dishes seem to dry faster. The auto door open is a nice feature that pops the door open when the cycle is done giving the dishes air to dry more easily. Overall seems to be a good machine and works rather well. At first I wasn't even sure it was running it's so quiet. My old one could have woken the neighbors but this one is smooth and almost silent.

Quiet dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the Samsung cooktop but I don't love the Samsung dishwasher. It is super quiet and that is why we got it but the wash cycles last as long as 2.5 hours (helloooo, how about energy and water conservancy?) and as fast as 1 hour for a quick wash. The sounds and beeps coming out of the machine are a bit old school too. There is no modern chime, it is all like open car door sounds from 20 years ago. e got it because the noise level on this unit was rated the lowest we saw and that is what we are getting so far.

Amazing results
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My house was built 17 years ago, and included a new dishwasher. Rarely used it, just a few random times over the years to keep the seals from failing in case we DID need it sometime. But my back was getting sore standing over the sink washing dishes by hand every single day, every single meal. And while I was frugal with the water, I'm sure I was using more by the time I was done washing after every meal than I'd use in a single cycle every three or four days it would take to fill and run the dishwasher. I wanted something quiet, and so the low dB was my first requirement. Third rack on top was second. Anything else was just extra. Got this installed just four days after buying it on impulse. Their installer was great, less than half an hour to get the old out, new in, and running. The good - this thing is dead silent, other than when it drains water into the sink's drain. No amount of soundproofing can remove that noise of water gurgling. I have to keep checking the timer display on the door to make sure it's counting down. It really IS quiet. I wasn't sure about the air dry ending... But with some finishing rinse in here, it's flawless. Everything is dry, even the door, no spots. The stainless steel drum looks spotless as if the dishwasher hasn't even been used yet. So I'm sold on their drying solution here. I had no issues setting up the wireless. But this is where the negatives start... First, you can't just have the door closed, then get on the phone and set it and run it. You still HAVE to hit the start button on the door. Which is an annoyance, since there IS NO WAY to hit it unless you open the door. And if you pop the door open to toss something else in, you have to hit the start button AGAIN before closing, it won't simply start running again if you interrupted it in the middle of a cycle. The fingerprint resistance - yeah, not really. Yes, the lower front panel doesn't seem to show them that much, but up where hands HAVE to touch it regularly? Fingerprints EVERYWHERE on that top edge. The inside really doesn't fit as much as I had hoped. I had two skillets to wash, 12" each, one of them with a glass lid. One small cereal bowl, two larger ramen bowls, a few 12" plates, two smaller cutting boards, maybe 8 pieces of silverware, a few spatulas, a couple knives, and a vegetable peeler. And I had NO ROOM. It wasn't that I was not getting things placed well or that I don't know how to load a dishwasher, it's just that it only takes a couple awkward things to completely make half a rack or more totally useless. The spatulas, I ended up squeezing on the third rack after I lowered the center part to accommodate larger things. But they barely fit there. Two ramen bowls filled half the middle rack. The two pans on the bottom meant that those two plates, glass lid, and a couple plastic cutting boards were all that I could squeeze on the bottom rack and even that was at angles between tines since they wouldn't fit straight with the pans in there... So I'm guessing that I'll have to NOT do any pans in here unless I'm not planning on putting anything else in here. It really screws up everything. If I didn't have them, then the larger ramen bowls would have fit on the bottom, everything else down there would've fit better... But I've been washing everything by hand for decades, having to just wash those by hand still won't be a problem and then the dishwasher will be far easier to load better. But I wish there was a bit more room for that top rack. Small spatulas that are NOT made with a large sharp angle ought to fit better up there. Overall I'm happy though. I got it on sale so it was far more cost effective than any other one under $1000.

A CLEAR WINNER!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very impressed with the design and features. Kudos to the people who made this excellent dishwasher! It has all the features that we appreciate especially the 60 minute wash the silverware rack and the controls (no accidentally bumping the door and turning on a cycle!) also no lower spinning spray arm. Everything comes out spotless and dry, and as many have said it’s very quiet. This is a well made product.
