Dishwasher works well, service at the store was great, installation was horrible

like everything but water leaks.. has to replace to new one and bestbuy did really good customer care that make me feel much better..

I never used the dishwasher until we purchased this one. The new linear wash system gets even the dirtiest dishes clean. Even using the short wash cycle. The self venting door helps the drying process, leaving your glasses spotless and allows you to unload the dishwasher sooner.

I purchased this dishwasher a week ago, and I absolutely love the sleek look and features of it. However, that's where it ends for me because as excited as I was to replace my old dishwasher that has a bad pump, this dishwasher was a total letdown for me. It doesn't clean very well even with the heavy option selected, boost settings, hi temp, and sanitize options all set. I have experimented with rinse aid settings ranging from the default setting of F4, scaling it back to F1 and raising it all the way up to F6, which is the highest setting. My dishes always come out super wet even after waiting for an hour after the cycle completes with the auto door opener on. I've tried the most expensive pods, detergent booster, liquid detergent, and powder detergent with no good results at all in all of the settings I've tried. I really wanted to like this dishwasher because it matches my samsung fridge, but my old Kitchenaid was way better with washing and drying the dishes. I had high expectations for this to be equal or even better since it connects to the Smart Things app, but it's nowhere near close to the same performance. I'll be returning this either for a full refund or an exchange for a different brand, hoping to have a much better experience and better results.

Dishwasher is great, other than it seems a little cheap on the inside with the rigidity of the racks.

We have been using this dishwasher for about a month. So far it is living up to its claims. I like that it is connected so you can control it and check the operation from anywhere. I love that it opens the door after running to allow things to dry properly. Very nice product .

Wow its amazing! I had a hard time spending this much for a dishwasher but it was time to get a high end set. WOW I didnt think the sound control would be a big deal. I literally have to put my ear to the door to hear if its even running. Totally worth it!

I had high expectations for this dishwasher given its price point, but unfortunately, it’s been a major letdown. Even after pre-rinsing, dishes regularly come out with food residue, grease, and visible stains, especially on plates and utensils. It struggles with even light loads and basic messes like pasta sauce or bits of rice. For a premium model, I expected efficiency and reliability, but this feels more like a downgrade from the older, cheaper unit I used to have. I’ve tried different cycles, loading strategies, and detergents, and nothing makes a difference. This dishwasher simply doesn’t do its core job: clean dishes. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Regrettably the Samsung we ordered last November leaked, but the Best Buy team of Paul Vallade and Kwamane Speights were fantastic getting a replacement ordered and installed. We actually like the new one better than the original one (not including the leak). This one is perfect!!! Thanks, Best Buy

It just got installed last night, haven’t washed dishes in it yet but installer ran it to be sure it was running good, I didn’t know it was running, so very quiet and fabulous, I will be doing dishes tonight so we’ll see

Best Buy deliver and Installed on 15 April 2022 it’s been 1 year 3 months and is working just fine cleans perfect. Written on 15 July 2023. Terry W

I purchased it 2/22 and didn't install until 2/23. The warranty ran out 2/24 and in 6/24 it started giving me an error S5. Total Tech/geek squad tried replacing every part, including the motherboard and nothing worked...meaning it is unrepairable. I will not buy this again and do not recommend it. If you do purchase it make sure you get extended warranty.
