Love everything about this dishwasher. I returned a LG and replaced with this one. Better built than LG.

Love my new dish washer washes dishes better than any dish washer i have used

This is a great machine but I don’t like the spacing in the racks. I didn’t think to check that before it was installed

Dishwasher was working great, until it didn't. Geek Squad came to look at it and said they were amazed it hadn't leaked sooner. When it did, it leaked through our floor underneath it, and and into our basement, luckily no damage there was done. Geek Squad stated the tub that holds the water while it is working was broken, and allowing water to escape, and the base of the unit was also cracked. Samsung told Best Buy to go ahead and replace it. When we went in to the store to set that up (as we were told to do by Best Buy) they told us this model was no longer being made and wasn't available. So they were sending us a new dishwasher one model down. The problem with that was that its white, and ours is slate blue. Best Buy and Samsung's answer; too bad, buy the new panel yourself ($150) AND pay the $160 installation fee. As "Total Tech Members" I would say we are not impressed at all, and wont be using Best Buy or Samsung again after this treatment. Now I have to choose one star for everything because its the only way these companies actually care

Hidden controls and door release are excellent features. Not really finger print resistant.

Great young man installed. Best Buy is really messing up by not answering their own phones in Springfield. I spent way too much time tracking down the rescheduled delivery. Sets the worker up for stress.

Had to replace for a new one 3 days after getting it has piece broke on first wash but other than that had worked good

I absolutely love my dishwasher. It works perfectly and I love the features that are available for it also.

Cleans well but doesn’t dry. It pops open to supposedly assist with the drying but it doesn’t work. Dishes come out wet pretty much every other time I wash. Not fun esp, for the price and older Samsung dried after every wash.

As a mom of 4 this is the best dishwasher I've had so far!!!

Love the new dishwasher! I almost didn’t buy due to the negative reviews about leaking in the back. Make sure you change out the brass fitting to the plastic fitting and don’t forget the bushing!

Beautiful appliance! and works even better, I am pleasantly surprised how well it cleans, as the last 2 dishwashers have been disappointing in performance!

Really quiet, but found out it doesn’t have a heating element, but it does what it needs to do.

It's an amazing dishwasher. We love the express 60min feature for light loads so we can use the same plates the same day and not dirty up more.

love it use it daily. it goes so well with the rest of my kitchen

Purchased Aug 2022. 6 months in half the dishes were still dirty after a cycle. Tried multiple detergents, same issue. Unless the dishes were pretty much already clean, a load took 2 cycles to get everything clean. Buttons on the panel after the first month just always seemed like you had to really press to get them to register. Figured it was a minor annoyance. It's now Oct 2024 and the panel buttons quit working. Best Buy wants to charge $130 just to diagnose it. We also bought a Samsung wall oven at the same time that after a year doesn't hold temp. Also bought a Samsung fridge at the same time that started making grinding noises this summer. Seriously.... 2 years and they are all acting like they are 20yrs old. I love my Samsung phone, but I don't care if someone is giving away Samsung's highest end home appliances for free - I will NEVER have another one in my house. The cardboard boxes they came in has more longevity and reliability.

Best Buy team was very professional in the way they very carefully brought the appliance into the house. They clearly explained everything about the appliance. They cleared away all the packing material. We were very pleased with them.
