Horrible smell when is done washing

Never had this issue with any other machine. We installed another samsung dishwasher, different model, in another home and .. exact same horrible smell. On google I found many complaining about same issue with samsung dishwashers. Help!

Returned it and purchased a brand I had previously that cleaned really good for over 9 years before I had any issues .

It worked ok up until last week when I started receiving a 5C error code and dirty dishes. I have since had both a Samsung technician and a Best Buy installer take a look at it, and neither one is accepting responsibility. Samsung says it was Best Buy installer's problem. The Best Buy installer says it's Samsung's responsibility. I am now left with a broken $1000 dishwasher and no one seems to be helping. This is taking so much time out of my full time job that it's beginning to affect my performance, and I'm beginning to lose money by having to deal with this issue. I do not want to have to keep calling Samsung technicians and Best Buy installers to come and look at the unit. Samsung should just replace and install the washing machine for free as soon as possible. This is so frustrating. Is this Samsung's standards? If so, I don't want to purchase another Samsung product ever again. I am so afraid now, because I bought a Samsung bundle for my entire house, including our refrigerator, range, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave. What other issues are going to show up?

We typically have 5 - 10 cups a few silverware items bowls and plates. The unit never even gets the coffee ring out of a coffee cup. Cold water rinse from a faucet will clean the cup but Samsung tech service says try liquid soap as they dont recommend pods. Okay, where does it say that when you buy a unit? Then oh.. run your faucet water for a few minutes to get hot water into the unit. GE profile never required such a thing but hey we will try. All items checked and coffee cups still nasty and silverware still dirty. Never again will a Samsung dishwasher be purchased or recommended. Buyer Beware! Stay away from this dishwashing unit.
