Best dishwasher. Very quite, I have been using Samsung kitchen appliances. Nice features. All bell and whistle. One thing I like Samsung to improve is Lower rack has very wide spaces.vNeed to make smaller gap so small items doesn't fall or stick out at bottom. Linear wash seems to working great, impressive. I would recommend this dishwasher. Like smart control drawbak is cannot turn power and smart control with your phone.

It was a very nice, extremely quite machine. The drain hose leaked during testing by BB technicians, and I was informed I would have to purchase another machine. I THINK THIS WAS A TYPICAL BAIT & SWIITHCH BB MANUVEER .

This dishwasher is amazing. I recently bought a house, and replaced the dishwasher that came with it. I've never had a dishwasher before, or ever used one but I've always heard nightmares about them. I've noticed that if I don't properly rinse heavy soil off, they will stay behind, so I just rinse everything before popping them in. The auto release is very convenient, and helps the dishes dry even better overnight. I would highly recommend this for anybody.

So far, we are enjoying this dishwasher. It is quite and does a good job in drying the dishes.

Dishwasher is very quiet and does a good job of cleaning dishes. Only complaint would be that the racks are not layed out well for loading a large number of dishes. Would rather have racks front to back instead of left to right. Besides those points great dishwasher.

After owning a very old diswaher, this product comes in and does the job so well! It is quiet, and the programming of lenght of wash etc. are quite clear. I am not so keen on the cutlery rack, as my citlery gets stuck. Love the top rack for smaller things.

Its super quiet and cleans well! I read many recoews that stated that the doshwasher was loud. At times we do t wven know if it’s still going. I love that the dishwasher opens when it’s finished allowing doshws to air dry.

When we purchased this dishwasher, we trusted the **SAMSUNG** name, expecting quality and reliability. **Big mistake.** This dishwasher has been nothing short of a disaster. For the first few months, it worked fine. Then, at around the six-month mark, **the nightmare began**—it started leaking **every single time** we used it. No big deal, right? Just call Samsung and get it fixed. **WRONG.** Samsung’s customer service is a complete joke. They read from their little scripts, repeating the same useless lines like robots. **Five**—yes, FIVE—technicians came out to “fix” the issue. And guess what? **Still leaked. Every. Single. Time.** My fiancé had to take off work for these pointless visits, but that was just the beginning of the frustration. So, my fiancé called Samsung customer service. **More of the same.** Hours wasted on hold, getting transferred around, only to be **hung up on** after **three-plus hours**. At this point, we thought maybe—just maybe—getting bumped up to a "specialty claims associate" would get us somewhere. **WRONG AGAIN.** Enter **Sharon**, the so-called specialist. Rude, dismissive, and utterly useless. Instead of offering a proper fix or a replacement, she decided we’d get a **reimbursement.** Sounds reasonable, right? **Wrong.** Now, we’re stuck buying a whole new dishwasher, paying another delivery fee, another installation fee, and wasting even more time. The worst part? **I was a loyal Samsung customer.** My house is FILLED with Samsung products—**four** Samsung TVs, the Bespoke washer and dryer, microwave, and we were even planning to buy a Samsung fridge and stove. **Not anymore.** After this debacle and the absolute disgrace that is Samsung’s customer service, my family will take our business elsewhere. Great dishwasher. We wondered how it would compare to the previous (Bosch). We like it. The linear wash system is different but does a nice job. It’s very quiet. At the end of the cycle, the door pops open slightly to release steam.

I am so discouraged with this dishwasher. I purchased it May of 2019 and run 3 times a week on average. I noticed today that the top rack has several rust spots where the plastic coating is gone and completely rusted. I only put glasses, cups and bowls on top rack, never anything sharp. As for the functionality, It does not clean off any food that has sat for a day or longer. If you plan on running the dishwasher right away, no need to pre-wash unless there is stuck on food. It has great cycle options, but honestly, we only use a couple. Overall, I would say this dishwasher is not worth the money and I would not buy again!

The first day of installation the installer started the qashing machine to make sure everything was working well, about five minutes later I asked him if he forgot to start the machine and he said it is on. This machine is 39 dpa and it is so quite you will be surprised. Great product, great buy.

It's extremely quiet; you can hardly tell if it's on. We absolutely love it!
