This dishwasher does a great job and is whisper quiet! So glad we selected this model and it looks great with our other black stainless Samsung appliances.

Love the 3rd rack. Learning what setting to use fir clean I need. Does a great job. Like that dishes don’t need to be “clean” to wash them.

Terrible Installation Experience. Would Not Recommend Best Buy for Appliances I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and opted for their installation service, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, the installation was poorly executed. My flooring was damaged during the process, and the dishwasher has had persistent drainage issues ever since. When I contacted Samsung, the manufacturer, they confirmed the problem was due to improper installation. But Best Buy’s installation team refused to take responsibility, citing a 90-day installation warranty, even though the issue began immediately and has never been resolved. I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop, with Samsung telling me to call Best Buy, and Best Buy telling me to call Samsung. No one is willing to own the problem. This experience has been chaotic and exhausting. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer. Best Buy’s lack of accountability and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases or installation services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This is one of the better dishwashers we have bought so far. Its noise level is as advertised.

We are happy with this dishwasher purchase. It is quite roomy and works very well. It is also extremely quiet, wouldn't know it was running.

We use delay function to run at night. Haven't heard it yet. Cleans very well. Everything is pretty much dry when we wake up plus the door is open for us.

I replaced an LG that was 6 years old. I like the LG better. The inside of that model was bigger and offered more options for adjusting the sections. It cleans okay just doesnt fit as much as my old (standard) size dishwasher. This one was also more expensive.
