This dishwasher is really nice looking and extremely quite. The smart features are nice, but not that useful. The best part about the smart features is just being notified when the wash is done, there isn't much else it can do. So far it has done a really good job getting the dishes clean (it's main purpose)! Some negatives: - The rack pegs on our new dishwasher were not lined up the same way, so I had to bend some back into place for cups to fit properly on the one side of the top rack. - The silverware baskets are very hard to take out and put back in, you have to perfectly align it with pegs in the bottom rack. And each basket has to go in a specific place, they are not interchangeable, but look identical. - The silverware basket slots for the silverware are too small, and our knives get stuck when trying to take them out.

Great dishwasher. Can’t tell it’s running, it’s so quiet! Does an excellent job cleaning your dishes and pots and pans. I definitely recommend this if you looking for a dishwasher.

This is so far the quietest and best dishwasher I have ever owned. I never know when it's running so I have press my ear to it to hear if its running, of course I could just look at the timer but that would just be too easy. Dishes come out spotless and the unit looks spotless to boot. Definitely would recommend 12/10 with dish detergent

Very quiet and cleans really well. Large capacity to clean a lot of various size dishes, pots, bowls, erc.

So far we love this dishwasher. It gets things so clean and holds a lot. There are so many ways to arrange the dishes. We put the utensils on the 3rd rack and don't use the utensil baskets. The AutoRelease try works great. It is nice it uses air instead of a heating coil at the bottom so plastics can go most anywhere. The linear wash it nice. Jets spay at the bar that moves and reflects water up at the dishes.

My wife and I love this dishwasher. Very easy to install. Very quiet and gets the dishes clean. The door pops open after the rinse cycle to help with the drying process.

This dishwasher is by far the best I’ve ever used. If following the recommended loading scheme/using jet dry, the dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. It is near silent except for when the water drains out below the sink, but I guess thats unavoidable. The smart control features require you to push a button on the dishwasher and then you have 15 min or so to get on your phone before it times. This would bother me more but I only ever start it immediately after loading.

I’ve been using this for about a month now. So far it has been flawless. Supper quiet. Use a rinse aid for the beast results and your dishes are spotless and dry 10-15 min after the unit automatically opens. Connected it to WiFi on the first attempt and it has not dropped yet (unlike my Moen U-line faucet which never stays connected). Lately I’ve been purposely putting in very dirty dishes and letting them sit for several days before I wash: first attempt everything cleaned perfectly. Couldn’t be happier, unless it was a little less expensive! Will probably but one for my other house.

Very quiet dishwasher. I can't even hear it when it's running. Cleans very well too. Plenty of room for lots of dishes. I would buy again. No regrets.

The first couple runs were almost silent. I thought it wasnt working properly untill i opened it while running and it was definitely working. After having installed, and used almost daily, for a month it is still super quiet and there are no leaks. I before buying i saw that leaking was an issue for some people who install on their own and by a proffesional. I did the install myself and used the kit BestBuy recomends to go along with it. Over all, I am very pleased with this dishwasher. Quiest, cleans well, and looks good.

I had trouble handling the web instructions. However, the service from the installation company was excellent. They arrived at expected time. The removal of the old dishwasher and the installation were very competently and quickly done. The dishwasher is excellent. I am still learning how to use it, although it is quite similar to my old one with the controls on the top. It is as quiet as described except for brief pump sounds. While washing I hardly know it is running. Excellent cleaning.

The washer is very quiet, which was important to us, especially since our last Bosch was whisper quiet. Having three racks to load is incredible, no going back from loading silverware in a basket on the bottom row. The smart features are nice but not necessary. I don't mind getting notifications that the cycle is finished, it can be helpful. Overall it's a great deal, it cleans as well as our old Bosch, is quiet,. Looks beautiful. Added bonus: A large display on the front showing time remaining on the cycle; can see it from across the room and it's very very nice.

I like this Dishwasher, very quite and does a good job cleaning the dishes. The only thing I was not too happy is that in the event some water drip outside the unit, there is a sensor that if a little water get in to it, it will give you an error code, so you need to youtube it to open it, dry it, and hope that will not do it again..

I love my new dishwasher. The top shelf gives me more options in terms of being able to put flat items and long cooking utensils. It’s quiet when washing and produces clean and dry dishes when cycle is complete. Would recommend this item.

Super quiet dishwasher - best ever owned !!! The features are great- really loving the 3rd silverware shelf, and all the adjustable shelf features. I was concerned that there wasn't a heated drying cycle, but the door automatically pops open when cycle is done and everything dried perfectly. And boy were my dishes literally sparkling clean. Really impressed and enjoying this dishwasher !

Super quiet, washes well. Easy to operate; however, still learning about all of this unit's options, especially the dry cycle.

Despite the sleek design and being extremely quiet, the trade-off is a leaking door. After about three months water began pooling beneath the left corner of the door. Upon inspecting, a stream of water could be felt within the door frame. Within a matter of days, the right corner of the door began leaking even more water than the left side. After reviewing support on the Samsung website, everything was in-check. I setup a service repair under the warranty, and despite the effort, the door continued to leak after the "repair!" I do not recommend this product since it is unreliable and problematic, and on top of those reasons, even the service provided by the warranty is insufficient. It's worth noting that if for some reason the cause was due to poor installation, that would be a major concern as I paid for the Best Buy installation service. With this being an apparent door frame issue, I doubt it was an installation error and rather a defective product from the start.

Lets clear up some simple research here. I looked at redoing my kitchen and wanted top of the line appliances in black stainless steel. I went with Samsung due to the technology behind them and the brand etc. Now when it comes to dishwashers, I had a Bosch and it worked great, granted there were times, the dishes didnt come out totally clean, but it did the job and I had no complaints. When it came to style, I sacrificed quality product and name brand for style since the Bosch stainless I owned looked like something out of the 1950's and was not sleek styling at all. I would of went back to Bosch had they not had a backorder of their products by several months. However I went with Samsung and I have to say despite all the negative reviews, this dishwasher performs as good if not better than Bosch and the dishes come out sparkling. I am not sure what all the issues others are having and quite frankly I feel like its a bit of over sensitivity and maybe a few faulty units. However knock on wood, this dishwasher is performing up to par with some of the best I have used and beats out GE and Whirlpool. My theory is that other appliance manufacturers are scared of Samsung right now and all the "appliance stores" I contacted, knocked Samsung as being the lowest tier appliance. I so far disagree and in fact am very happy with the purchase. They look stylish, modern and have the latest tech embedded into their appliances which is awesome and ties into my smart home. As for other manufacturers, I cannot say that much about their tech tie in as I have not seen it.
