Overall it’s a very good dishwasher. Very quiet. Impressively quiet in fact. Dishes come out very clean. The only complaint is that the stainless steel interior gets grimy. I use barkeepers cleaner to keep it clean.

After using the Samsung dishwasher for about a month, I am impressed with how quiet it is, thorough the cleaning is, and WI-FI accessibility. The digital display and touch controls are great. I also like the reminder to clean your dishwasher and refill the Rinse compartment. Overall, I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Installing the dishwasher was super easy. I enjoy the hidden buttons on top making for a clean design. When in use, it is one of the quietests dishwasher. It is also easy to operate through the app as well. The black stainless is not really fingerprint resisant, but asides from that it is great. Recommend cleaning with stainless steel wipes then buffing out any resido with a clean dry microfiber.

Reasonably quiet cleans well but door pops open 1 out fo 10 times using not while washing, it’s during the heat dry cycle. But overall it’s worked well purchased mid September

Samsung 39 DBA out performs Kitchen Aid and Bosch. It is a unit that you need to walk by and look to see the timer decreasing in order to know it is running. We actually run it while watching a great movie because it is not a distraction. The BEST in the market today and now our entire appliance selection is 100% Samsung. A++ for the cleaniest dishware and silverware ever.

Salesman did not explain the lack of a drying cycle. We had servicemen come out who didn't understand it either BECAUSE they're delivery people, not trained service techs. The only way the drying cycle works is by using the hot water to heat the dishes and then popping the door open for an air dry. The heating element does not turn on to dry the dishes. If you don't run the hot water to preheat it won't produce dry dishes. It is quiet per the label but 1100 is too much for a dishwasher that doesn't actively dry the dishes.

We bought this unit to be put in our new home because the one that was supposed to be put in it was out of stock. We decided to go with a Samsung unit because our fridge and stove are also Samsung items. This is a super quiet dishwasher that does an amazing job cleaning the dishes. It isn't the best at drying, but we fixed that by adding Jet Dry to each load (which it literally tells you to do in the manual). It does have a function where it pops open to release the steam so it dries the dishes better, but we still found adding Jet Dry is the best way to dry the dishes. Plus, if one of the kids walks by while the door is propped open and the drying cycle hasn't finished and they close the door, the drying cycle stops prematurely.

I like this dishwasher model so far...it cleans well. It is similar to my old dishwasher except that it has linear wash instead of storm wash. I miss that the control panel indicating when the cycle enters dry or sanitize modes. Also, I don't think the light on the front needs to be constantly on...touch activated light to indicate time remaining would be a better feature, I think. I'm still undecided about whether I prefer the reconfiguration of the tines in the interior.

First time having a dishwasher and its one of the best purchases I've made. Quiet and it actually cleans better than i expected. Wish ive done this sooner. Hook up was fairly easy and it runs like a dream.

I have owned quite a few dishwashers in my lifetime. This one is by far the best dishwasher ever! Highly recommend. Glad it displays the time remaining for the wash on the door since it is sooo quiet. They really got the interior design right on this one. It is very versatile. The third shelf is awesome for flatware and is very easy to remove and place back in when needed. Pretty much anything can fit in this dishwasher, including an upright large cookie sheet in the bottom basket. I have never been able to fit so many dishes, pots & pans, etc. in a dishwasher before. The 2 separate flatware baskets are genius. If you remove the top third shelf, but only have enough flatware to fill half the flatware basket, you can and leave extra room in the bottom basket for more pots and pans! The linear wash system literally gets everything sparkling clean even with a stuffed full dishwasher. I don't know what the complaint about drying is all about. So far all my dishes, drinkware, pots and pans have come out dryer than my past couple of dishwashers, which is to say they are dry. The only thing that may not be dry is if there is a concave surface where water pools, but no dishwasher would ever be able to dry that. I was worried this dishwasher might not fit under my granite countertop since there is something that said the dishwasher needed a 35 1/4" h cutout. I have standard 35" cabinets. It is exactly 35" from floor to the bottom of the countertop. There is no give with granite. However, this dishwasher is made to fit under a countertop fit for standard-sized cabinets. The installers had no trouble installing it. I am immensely pleased with this dishwasher!

Cleans well and is very quiet. Silverware rack is not as well designed as our previous Samsung was.

Flexible, efficent and SUPPER QUIET! By far the most advance dishwasher we have ever experienced in our forty plus years of home ownership! You can get just about everything you need to wash (including the kitchen sink!!) into this product. Its controll panel is straight forward with numerous options and, once running, its front panel display keeps you updated. (To be honest, without seeing that display, you wouldn't know its running!)

I rarely review products unless they are really, really bad or exceptionally good. That is, I review when I feel a product deserves no stars or 6 stars. The 9950 merits 7+ stars. QUIET! So quiet we check at times to see if it’s running. OUTSTANDING WASHER! It cleans wine glasses so clean they look new. BUY the 9950! You won’t regret it. We love our Samsung 9950!!

Installed myself, really like the optns. does a great job. Is very quiet... Was a little confused when got up the next They and door was open after doing a lot of dishes, dishes didn't know. It opened to keep the dishes from water responding

It is the best and the most quiet dishwasher we ever owned. Very clean, shiny, and dry dishes. A word of caution: it is about 0.5 inch deeper than most dishwashers of 24", so make sure it will fit all the way in your cabinet
