So far this dishwasher is great. The capacity and configuration makes it easy to load and unload. We also were looking for something more quiet that our previous dishwasher and this one has been very quiet.

Beautiful Color, works fantastic. Very easy to get installed.

Still learning all the functions but it does a nice job cleaning everything. When it is operating you literally cannot hear the machine working. I like where the controls on.

We haven't used all of the features available yet, but this dishwasher is 1,000 times better than the piece of garbage we replaced. It is so quiet I keep having to check to make sure I actually turned it on! I like the third rack for serving spoons and other long items that don't fit well in the cutlery baskets. I also like that the top rack is adjustable to accommodate taller items on the lower rack. The employee who helped us pick this one out at the Menomonee Falls location was outstanding! I didn't feel like he was just trying to get the sale; he was super helpful in describing the features of each of the brands we were looking at.

This dishwasher is truly the best. Its so quiet, cleans really well and dishes are dry when its done. I love that the door opens at the end of the cycle. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new dishwasher.

I really like the 3rd rack on this dishwasher. It is super quiet and does a nice job cleaning. Looks great as well. No issues so far except for setting up the wifi that has been a challenge

Best dishwasher I've ever had. It doesn't interfere with watching tv in our open layout to the livingroom. Quiet, gets dishes clean and dry without spots.

Just replaced my 6 y/o Kenmore Elite dishwasher with this Samsung unit and we love this Samsung! It cleans the dishes much better and leaves the items spotless. And it is SUPER QUIET!!

8 months and counting and we still love it. It's so QUIET that we don't even know when it's running and dries things extremely well! The top tray is awesome for smaller utensils and drinkware lids. It works great for Yeti-style cups with rubber seals as they get clean but don't move. The middle rack could use a little modification but no real complaints. We love that it's adjustable for different height items in the bottom or middle rack. The bottom rack is awesome as half of it folds down. It makes it easy to fit big pots and pans in the bottom but still have the ability to get your plates and other items in as well.

This dishwasher is so quiet! It cleans my dishes well. I love the third rack for my silverwares. I really enjoy the smart capability of this washer. So happy with my new Samsung appliance.

This machine is quiet, I could be next to it and only way I know its on is because it has a timer lit up. I find it a little smaller on the inside than my last dishwasher as i'm not able to load as many dishes as I used to. Its sometimes hard to load certain items as you have to adjust the 2nd rack high in order to use the utensil baskets on the bottom rack, otherwise the spinning gizmo (not sure what its called) will hit the spatulas. If you have the 2nd rack at its high position I can't put in my larger cups, I usually have to have the 2nd rack in its lowest position in order to put the larger cups in (which I use plenty), so I use the 3rd rack (utensil rack) mostly instead of the utensil baskets. The auto release to help dry the dishes is nice but don't expect your dishes to be completely dry from this feature. Its a good machine but I'm still messing around with it trying to figure out the best ways to use it.

So far this dishwasher has been outstanding. Super quiet, does great job washing and drying. Love the Wi-Fi notifications.

Worth spending a few more dollars. Super quiet-we thought it wasn't working the first time we used it. It's that quiet!!! And dishes comes out clean and dry. Glad we splurge on this unit.

I knew that this dishwasher was one of the quietest on the market but i was shocked at how quiet it actually is. It is nearly silent. The adjustable middle rack has been a very welcomed addition and the black stainless steel is very sleek looking. If I was to nitpick, it would be that the dishes are ever so slightly wet when finished. Other than that, I am very happy with our purchase.

Does well cleanjng dirty dishes and stuck on food however the long runtime is its only downfall. You cant really hear it running but pops open when dishes are done. I will say it does leave a lot of dishes still wet

We had a working dishwasher, but while it was running the noise was really distracting. We purchased this dishwasher hoping that it would be quiet, and were happily surprised to learn that it is virtually silent. If it weren't for the countdown timer on he front panel it would be difficult to know if it was running, except for when it is pumping water out in to the drain. Oh, and it cleans great as well, with three separate, adjustable racks the allow arranging of a wide variety of dishes. The only drawback is that you can only put tall items (pizza pans, cutting boards) along the edge or they will block the upper rotating wash arm.

I love the idea of the top flat rack for longer items, however it creates less space below, which is different for larger pans, dishes, etc to fit without hitting the spinning washer. I know the Samsung and LG are basically the same, but I really enjoyed my previous LG model a little more. Price wise for around $600 isn't too bad though so for the money, I guess it is worth it. Installation and taxes put me over $1000. The auto release dry helps some, but doesn't get the dishes completely dry. The 39dBA is pretty good, keeping it quiet while washing.

Absolutely love this new dishwasher, it is super quiet and lots of space to load all your dishes. I love that i can access it with the app.

This dishwasher is so quiet you forget it's running. Everything, even when the kids load it, comes out clean. Fantatsic quality. Definitely worth the upgrade price over their other models.
