The good: It is quiet. Easy to figure out how to get it started. Lots of room. The bad: Doesnt dry very well, especially if you run out of Jet Dry. The Ugly: The top 3rd row fails to pull out completely. Called Support. Technician came out and fixed it. 2 months later, it broke again. Serious design flow that makes the top row virtually unusable most of the time.

Huge upgrade from handwashing. Not sure how many of the features of this I'll use as of right now just using the standard wash. Cleaned the dishes fabulously. My contractor complained that there wasn't a recessed space in the back for the plumbing so they had to cut the pipes into the wall.

After owning a very old diswaher, this product comes in and does the job so well! It is quiet, and the programming of lenght of wash etc. are quite clear. I am not so keen on the cutlery rack, as my citlery gets stuck. Love the top rack for smaller things.

This is the dishwasher that goes with our set. Love how it looks. It washes good. Love how quiet it is. Can’t even tell it’s running.

Extremely quiet!! Love the ability to reconfigure the racks for large items. Cleans well and dries effectively.

Its as quiet as promised and gets everything spotless clean and dry. Worth every penny.

The first day of installation the installer started the qashing machine to make sure everything was working well, about five minutes later I asked him if he forgot to start the machine and he said it is on. This machine is 39 dpa and it is so quite you will be surprised. Great product, great buy.

It was a very nice, extremely quite machine. The drain hose leaked during testing by BB technicians, and I was informed I would have to purchase another machine. I THINK THIS WAS A TYPICAL BAIT & SWIITHCH BB MANUVEER .

This dishwasher is super quiet. Good thing there is a countdown timer on the front so you know it is running. Seriosly, it is so quiet you must put your ear on the machine to hear anything. But you pay for the quiet - about $200 more than the next level down. This device is also internet connected and connects to the SmartThings app. I also have Samsung televisions. When the dishwasher finishes the cycle a message appears on the television screen - Cool!

Its super quiet and cleans well! I read many recoews that stated that the doshwasher was loud. At times we do t wven know if it’s still going. I love that the dishwasher opens when it’s finished allowing doshws to air dry.

Coming from a 25 year old washer, anything would be an improvement. That being said, this machine is whisper quiet, like you have to put your ear to the door to even know it’s on. It cleans everything that we put in it, but the center rack seems a little odd as far as loading goes. Seemed like we were able to fit more into the old machine. Not a complaint, just an observation. Overall very happy with this machine and it’s washing ability.
