Totally worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great dishwasher. Had an LG which sucked the whole time we owned it. This one works, doesn’t eat through the rinse aid, and doesn’t take 4 hours! The auto open door on smart dry is genius. Keeps cabinet next to it dry and not humid which other one did. Is a bit smaller, but third drawer on top takes the knives and lids that took up room on previous top shelf. Did have to figure out a work around to secure to cabinet- didn’t come with anything to secure to cabinet to avoid wobble. But husband figured out something! I even tested on caked on dish son had in room for days- did not rinse off at all and came out so clean. I almost cried… LOL. (Teen boys and dirty dishes- need I say more!)

Efficiency with a clean look
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has a nice and clean look, getting well fitted under the countertop with the panel up on the door. Lot of good functionalities, like the 10min quick watering, for pre-cleaning. If you plan properly, it can be enough for very light dirty. However, after this, the minimum is 1h cycle, which I think it is too much for most dishes. The racks are very convenient. Noise-wise, I expected it to be quieter, from how the sales guy have described.

Not an above average dishwasher
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had purchased this dishwasher 12/17/24 so I’ve had it for about 2 months and I will say it does the basic job of being a dishwasher. Great features: -Super quiet, I barely hear it running compared to our old one. - sleek look and really like the look of the timer on the outside. - 3 racks creates a lot of space so perfect for cleaning up large messes. - I’ve connected it to the smart things app and now I can monitor, start and get notifications on my phone regarding the dishwasher. - adjustable middle rack is AMAZING when you have tall items on the bottom. - I do really like the open drying option for the last 10 minutes to help dry dishes. About 99% come out dry as long as you use rinse aid. Here are the cons: - I don’t think it washes my dishes that great, it’s pretty average. I do have dishes that aren’t clean and I have to wash again. - the racks don’t feel of high quality and sway side to side, they feel cheap. - long dish cycles but that’s with all new dishwashers - 2 months in and had an issue with the drainage even though filter and drain pump are clean, still working on getting this figured out. For the cost of this dang dishwasher I expected a lot better and went with Samsung due to having other matching appliances but this dishwasher is meh, I’m not blown away but it does the job.

Cleans great. looks good.
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had it for 9 months now and it cleans great. Be aware the normal cycle takes about 2.5 hours. I assume this is due to noise reduction. Cleans fine. Looks nice. I like the 3rd rack for utensils or more silverware. I only use "Normal" cycle, but there are lots of choices. Drys good, but water still stands on top of cups and Tupperware, as expected. No complaints.

Strong Plastic Smell Order not going away
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good quite dishwasher. Cleans well but the washing cycles seem very long, up to 2 hours? After installation the washer had a bad plastic smell to it. The installer recommended running the dishwasher a few time and the smell would go away. I have ran the dishwasher at least 10 times since install the order is just as strong as when the dishwasher was installed. Not sure what to do?

Door pops open when finished
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This dishwasher is very quiet. It cleans the dishes well, even if they are not dully rinsed. When the dishes are done the door will pop open and i thought that was a great feature. The only bad thing i have to say ia it takes a long time.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dishwasher to go with my fridge, rayne and microwave. I love it. It’s slick and modern looking and very quiet. I can’t believe how little water it uses. I wish there were shorter washing options but I guess all newer dishwashers take this long.

2nd Samsung Dishwasher failure within 2 years
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a Samsung suite for my kitchen around 2 years ago. The dishwasher almost immediately failed with code "LC". Tech Support came out several times to no avail, finally replacing the entire unit as a lemon. I chose to 'upgrade' to this model, staying within the Samsung family. Unfortunately, after 1 year and 3 months, this unit now has the "LC" code. When the unit *was* working, cycles took almost 3 hours and the dry feature was useless. Better let them dry overnight, but you'll still need a towel in hand. Stay away from this overpriced junk if you can help it!
