The Dishwasher is nice, and we love the overall look. A couple of minor issues, primarily it won't auto start if you open it and close it again, and the door is stiff as it won't lie down flat without having the bin sitting on top of it. It is very quite and does a good job cleaning

We like having the third rack, This model looked very similar to our previous Boesh model on the inside and it was on sale so we selected it because we needed a dishwasher right away. If you raise the upper rack high enough to place a normal size dinner plate on the lower rack, there is not enough room for glasses on the upper rack. The seems to be only two levels of adjustment. The other issue is the rubber dampening pad used behind the front cover installed per manufacturers instructions does not allow the door to open all the way and makes it difficult to load dishes until you get some weight on it to hold it down. It is fairly quiet and does seem to clean the dishes well, but upper rack adjustment is a design flaw.

Overall, I'm happy with it. However, because of the feature that opens the door 10 minutes before it's finished to let out steam (aiding in drying), the spring in the door is extremely tight. Which means the door does not stay open unless you pull the bottom rack out completely. If you do not pull it out all the way it sometimes feels like wrestling an alligator just to empty or load. Does a great job cleaning so I guess it's worth the inconvenience,

I love the features on my new dishwasher, including how quiet it is when running, as well as the water saving and energy saving design. My only dissatisfaction is that the door doesn't go all the way down when I open the door. I have to push it down and hold it manually while I pull out the basket to load dishes. The Best Buy installation tech told me all new Samsung dishwashers are made this way now.

This samsug dishwasher is the quietest dishwashef we have ever had. Can't even tell it is running. The negitive is the door doesn't open all the way.But like the fact that door opens when cycle is complete.

I bought this dishwasher because of its 42 db quietness, and I’m very pleased with that. I can barely hear it operating! I was surprised, though, that the door does not lie flat when open unless the bottom rack is pulled out. I can get used to that, I think, as everything else about this dishwasher seems superb. I like that the door opens slightly at the end of a cycle to vent the steam. And oh, the look is so sleek!

Love the Samsung Bespoke design. Really like the idea that I can change the front panel to change my color decor in my kitchen. kind of freaked me out when the door pops open after a cycle finishes, but now I am used to it.

This is an Excellent Dishwasher. This fits on most standard kitchens. It is very efficient for electric and water usage. I got this during the Labor day sale which I got 300 off and for price point it is excellent. It does have sanitizer option so if you are washing baby bottles or CPAP equipment you can use this option to Sanitize. So far it has worked for some of medical equipment. The downside to this is there is a rubber flap below the door that gets lodged off because it is tapped onto the side of the black panel on thebottom of the dishwasher. Opening the door of dishwasher caused this flap to fall off. This is the only complaint I have for this dishwasher as I never seen a dishwasher that has rubber flap on the bottom. This is getting fixed by Geek Squad since the door does not go all the way down due to this. Overall I went deep research on this dishwasher and it is well worth purchasing.

I love how it looks and it’s very quiet. The only things that’s a lil weird is the door not going all the way down to the floor

The washer is very quiet and the top rack for silverware is a nice feature. However, the bottom rack does not slide smoothly into the machine. The door needs to be held down as it will not open all the way to allow the bottom rack to slide out. The middle rack rarely has more than one mug or cup that is completely dry following a cycle.

Great dishwasher.....build quality isnt what it used to be but does the job. Door wouldnt open up all the way and kept speinging back up. Service tech came and remvoed the sound dampening from the door/behind bottom cover and now works. Need to make another service call becuase the auto door opener doesnt work work. If its on sale get it, but i woukdnt pay full price for it

We like almost everything about this dishwasher, but like a few other reviewers have said, when you open the door all the way, it doesn't lay flat, it pops back up a bit. It seems like the spring tension is too high and I couldn't see a way to adjust it. You can force it back down so that you can smoothly roll the door back in, but it is annoying and seems like this shouldn't be an issue on a dishwasher in this price range. We are exchanging it for a new one and we will see if we have better luck.

Overall the dishwasher works great. The only thing i dislike a out it is the dopr doesnt stay open if you need it to. I have to almost take the bottom off the rails to get it to stay down for loading

I like it though there are a couple things that could be better. The door doesn't lay flat when it's opened so it's a bit difficult to get the bottom rack out and when it finishes running the door pops open which isn't great with kids around. I love the top silverware rack!

Door is weird it doesn’t go all the way down without a ton of pressure. It’s quiet and runs well

This might be the worst dishwasher I have owned among the 15 places I've lived in my life. The racks are cheap and don't glide in and out smoothly. The top rack adjusts up and down, but really it just likes to fall down. The door doesn't stay horizontal when loading it until you get some weight on the bottom rack. Then, after only 8 weeks, it has thrown an error code THREE TIMES and stopped working.

If I could give this Samsung dishwasher and Best Buy's service negative stars, I'd be summoning numbers from a parallel universe. Brace yourself for a tale of woe and frustration. Just when I thought I had reached the peak of my dishwashing drama, a mysterious screw decided to part ways with the machine. Yes, a screw fell out, as if signaling a slow, unceremonious dismantling of what was supposed to be a pinnacle of kitchen efficiency. Best Buy's Vanishing Act: As for the service from Best Buy, it was like waiting for a ghost. They promised to send out a team to address these issues. I marked my calendar, rearranged my schedule, and waited with bated breath. But alas, on the day of reckoning, they pulled a vanishing act worthy of a magic show - no technicians, no phone call, no explanation. Poof! Gone! In conclusion, between the dishwasher's partial opening act and the crunching serenade, topped off with the mysterious case of the wandering screw, and Best Buy's disappearing service team, I'm left with a kitchen appliance saga that's more drama than clean dishes. Beware, future buyers, beware.

They may have installed it wrong and the door does not open widely and install team did not install water part! Instalations are terrible! Door does not open

The door is not opening fully therefore it is a hassle to operate lower tray. A team came and inspected they said they saw couple more dishwashers with same issue by Samsung. They think door spring is the problem. I will have a new dishwasher delivered on Saturday. I hope it will function better. I have to say it is not drying well. It ends the cycle with large pools of water on each tray. I am disappointed with the drying performance. Also I don't believe it has a cancel and drain function

Very quite but the front door rarely stucks eventhough it is new.
