I used to have to basically wash the dishes before I loaded them in my old dishwasher but with this, it works exactly like it says. I just wipe the big pieces of food off an load, they come out clean and dried. No more drying the dishes as I unload to put them away. I love that it tells you when you need to add rinse aid and do a cleaning cycle and it keeps track of the detergent pods too. Clean, spotless, dry dishes every time!

Spring tension too high?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We like almost everything about this dishwasher, but like a few other reviewers have said, when you open the door all the way, it doesn't lay flat, it pops back up a bit. It seems like the spring tension is too high and I couldn't see a way to adjust it. You can force it back down so that you can smoothly roll the door back in, but it is annoying and seems like this shouldn't be an issue on a dishwasher in this price range. We are exchanging it for a new one and we will see if we have better luck.

The door doesn't lay flat when it's opened so it's a bit difficult to get the bottom rack out and when it finishes running the door pops open which isn't great with kids around. I love the top silverware rack!

Wass easy to install, only took about 30 minutes. I liked that you can adjust the top rack, and the 3rd rackfor your utensils. And the best thing I love about the dishwasher is that my wife is happy....

What a difference from all other dishwashers i had seen. Great machine, except for the height clearance of the racks. Having a 3rd tray at the top is fine, but it costs you valuable space from the two bottom trays. Better stick to the 2 tray dishwasher or hope that manufacturers release a model with adjustable rack height.
