We have yet to open the dishwasher, but we did a lot of research and we found this to be one of the most ideal. The third shelf, the smart dry. Best buy honored our price match we found on Samsung's website and were able to deliver the dishwasher quicker than Samsung.

September 19, 2025: • No technician showed up. • Called Geek Squad: was told the job had been outsourced to Service Quick and advised to contact them directly. 3. Service Quick Call: • Was told that Sep 19 was only a “tentative” date, not confirmed. • After explaining the situation, new appointment set for September 25, 2025. 4. September 25, 2025: • Technician arrived and only ran diagnostics. • Said parts needed to be ordered. 5. October 7, 2025: • Second technician arrived with a door harness, • Refused to perform repair because the dishwasher was hard-wired. • Advised that unit must be unhooked and made accessible before service. ⸻ Outstanding Issues • Lack of communication between Geek Squad and Service Quick. • Missed appointments and unclear responsibilities. • Technician refusal due to unit being hard-wired — common in built-in dishwashers. • No resolution after nearly 3 weeks of back-and-forth. ⸻ Key Questions That Need to Be Addressed 1. Why wasn’t the hard-wired setup flagged as a service consideration during dispatch or earlier visits? 2. Why is the burden on the customer to unhook a dishwasher — isn’t this part of professional appliance service? 3. If the unit is unhooked, how will the repair be verified without reconnecting and testing it? 4. What is the escalation path to resolve this quickly under the terms of the warranty?

it is quit and the auto release door at the end of the cycle is good and I like it.

Excellent washing machine. We previously had a Bosch... So we were not expecting much from this unit. But it runs so quietly you cannot even tell that it's running... And we love the LED status timer that appears on the front of the unit... when it's running. It disappears when the unit is off. Very clever and much progress since our original Bosch was installed in 2009. Also love the 3rd rack I highly recommend. Our girls who are in college even notice the changed unit....And they never notice anything relating to house appliances. Hah.

Well the first night i used this, I thought it was not running! but when i checked it , it was. it was so quiet that you cant hear it running.

It is quiet. I'm glad it has both a silverware shelf and a basket. I installed it myself and it went quite smoothly. I recommend getting a water supply line and electrical cord on the longer side so you can test it before pushing it into the cabinet space.

I recently moved and the new house had a GE profile dishwasher. I had the Samsung previously and loved it so much that I got another Samsung and got rid of the GE. It is the quietest dishwasher ever!!!! Love it.
