This is a good product. Does not dry plastic items as usual like any other dishwashers.

This is a great dishwasher. I love the fact that it’s a smart dishwasher and can be controlled by your phone/app. Definitely worth the price.

This does the job when it is working, now there is the kicker, it breaks down very easily with the "LC" error. However, there is no leak to be found, called customer service, they came replaced a whole panel which made the washer work again. That did not last nearly six months and the "LC" error shows up again, that was my cue to buying a new dishwasher and not wasting money and time trying to go through the repair process again. Do not buy.

The dishwasher was a higher end one & it really doesn’t dry the dishes all that well. It is very quiet, which is a great feature.

I love the stormwash setting, it really gets all stuck on stuff off with no problem.

Positives: cleans and dries well and is super quiet. Unfortunately it leaks nearly everytime it runs. I just scheduled my second service call with Samsung. Never had a problem with any previous dishwashers.

This works well and I like the settings. I feel like I’m bending down quite a bit compared to my old one.

Like this product all the way around from the wifi link for updates on the cycles to just how clean the dishes are! Top shelf is a life saver for straws and long handled utensils. I never would have thought id be leaving a review saying how cool my dishwasher is but here i am! We love our new dishwasher and Bestbuy for offering top of the line products at the most reasonable prices on the market!

I am happy with this purchase the fact that you can connect your applaince to the WiFI just says it all. This applaiance is future proof!

I am unhappy with the dishwasher - though that could be taken care of. Customer support is, however, HORRIBLE. I bought this dishwasher 6 months ago and from the beginning to door operated very roughly - felt like something was scraping. The release feature at the end of a cycle did not work because of that, only cracking the door about 1/2 inch. I thought it might break in over time but I finally called to have them take care of it - the unit is still under warranty. Samsung sent out a technician who confirmed that the hinges were the problem and then connected with Samsung HQ. After he showed them the evidence over a video call, the remote person declared "physical damage" saying that it would not be covered under the warranty. They offered no evidence of any physical damage. I've since called customer support and they have now shifted their reason for not covering it to "installation error" saying the space is too small. The tech who was here verified that there was ample space on either side of the dishwasher. Changing the reason for not honoring the warranty when they could not justify their first diagnosis is a pretty big smell. So in summary, the one year warranty is a total sham. They are simply saying that they will not honor the warranty.
