I love how quiet this dishwasher is and how clean it leaves my dishes.

So far, so good, but it's been less than a month of near-daily operation. Our last Samsung Dishwasher lasted nearly 7 years, which is about their lifespan. I finally got the error code LC which means it's time for a replacement. During that 7 years it broke twice, once under the extended warranty and the other I was able to fix via a YouTube video. So far with this unit, we had one load come out with this grit on the dishes. We rewashed and it was fine. Since we bought Samsung black stainless steel, to coordinate we bought another one. Hoping this will last another 7 years.

I’ve had this dishwasher for six months and honestly I love it. It’s quiet and it works great but it stopped working this week. Turns on but nothing happens. Makes me very concerned about longevity, even though it’s under warranty.

Very nice looking dishwasher but some of the features are just not necessary. Like the auto open feature once the cycle has finished.

Is the best dishwasher, is programmable with your cellphone Alexa tells you when it finished And the installation very easy

Actually this Dishwasher is eye-catching due the layout due can load lots of dishes and it contain adjustable rack that helps a lot. Basically, it’s extremely quiet during the cleaning process.

Pros: the black stainless steel. Cons: does NOT wash dishes well. Have had to run cycles several times before hand washing myself. Drying? Cups are NEVER dry inside. There have been times the door doesn’t even open when it’s finished. This is the second Samsung dishwasher I’ve bought in 2 1/2 years. The last one had issues draining, I had to keep opening the bottom to absorb water in the pipe to turn off the automatic drain feature. It just kept trying to drain over and over and over again. Tried to get it covered by Best Buy or Samsung and got no where. I bought another because the black stainless steel matches my appliances. I upgraded hoping this would wash & dry better, I was wrong. This one, suddenly has a knocking noise, and will not start. I called around to get a repair person, no one works on Samsung. Called Best Buy: $124 to make the appointment & come out. $149 to repair it, and that did not include the cost for parts. I am done with Samsung, figured it was better to buy another brand. Went with Bosch, it was the only dishwasher brand with great reviews, and I can call a regular repair person to fix it if I need to.

Still pretty new but extremely happy with this dishwasher. Silent& cleans dishes very well.

Love my dishwasher. Quiet holds a lot of dishes. Would recommend this product to anyone that wants a dishwasher.

Horrible dishwasher. Bought only 11 months ago and broken. I buy 95% of my electronics from best buy with extended warranty etc. This is the second dishwasher that broke in 2 years. Bad luck and terrible quality from best buy. Looks like Samsung appliances are poor quality. Will never buy Samsung appliances again and definitely not from best buy. Geek squad and their extended warranty service let us down big time. Was supposed to be fixed close to 1.5 weeks ago.. still wait for some part…

Stay away. We bought this dishwasher in November of 2023 directly from Samsung. Within 6 months it broke, power shut off and water drained on the floor. We had Samsung come out to fix it for us. Technician told us that the part that was broken was most likely damaged prior to delivery or while being delivered. The part that is broken is leaking water onto the electrical unit which caused it to turn off. Also told us that we couldn't have caused the issue. We can't even see the issue due to its location, they had to open a panel to see it. Samsung is not helping us out at all with it and decided that it is not covered by warranty. So we're out around $700 for it and just have a paperweight. So do not buy this if you do not want to take the chance of it breaking and having to deal with Samsung customer service.

Diswasher starting leaking 2 months. I didnt select the appliances, they werein a package with a new house build. Samsung dispatched a factory authorized tech. 9 visits,2 doorsreplaced and 2 door seals later, and it still leaks! Samsungs response is to send the tech out again to replace the door seal again! I am so over this, we just want a replacement. I am going to cut my losses and buy another brand. Beware of Samsung appliances, they are the worst!

It was a perfect match for the other appliances in the kitchen. The client is friendly. I would recommend it.

 We’ve had this bottle for about four years. It’s out of warranty. A part of the storm wash had started to leak  I had a tech come out and they said they cannot buy that part. It was a nylon washer  that sealed the tub at the storm wash .  it’s kind of a bummer to spend 750 bucls on a dishwasher and it not last five years. The technician suggested just coded with a silicone and don’t use the storm wash feature anymore.  I’ve gotten a few more months after doing that, but it still constantly having issues and does not clean as well. Will I buy another Sampson dishwasher probably every product in my house with Samsung and have no complaints but this dishwasher has been a he pain.  I am hoping it’s just a one off.

Works well but adjustable shelves make you choose if upper or lower shelves will be useful to you. Take your plates to the store and load this. I don't think you'll choose this model.
