Performance-wise, this dishwasher was impressive. It cleaned my dishes efficiently and ran quietly. One month in though, a gasket started leaking, causing water to spill onto my kitchen floor. They came out twice to fix this under warranty. It appears that the gasket is too small for the cover it is supposed to seal. A year later, the same thing happened again. When I reached out for help, they demanded a hefty $150 just to diagnose the issue, with the repair most likely doubling that cost. That ends up being 30% of the cost of the dishwasher for a design flaw of their making (IMO). In the end, I opted to not pay to have it repaired. The appliance itself had potential, but the fundamental flaw with the gasket and the high cost of diagnosis left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you’re considering this dishwasher, be prepared to navigate some icy waters when it comes to reliability and customer service.

Overall a nice dishwasher. Very quiet and cleans very well. Arrangement of the racks does not provide adequate space for stemware and the rack slides feel flemsey. Drying cycle is just OK.

This samsug dishwasher is the quietest dishwashef we have ever had. Can't even tell it is running. The negitive is the door doesn't open all the way.But like the fact that door opens when cycle is complete.

This one of the pricier models for the budget i was trying to stay in,but it is worth every penny. I didnt think I would use the app as much as I do. My old model was so loud you couldn't have a conversation in the kitchen while it was running and could still hear it in the next room pretty bad too. I usually firget this thing exists until the "I'm finished" song comes on. The drying feature where it opens the door is awesome. I use pods and rinse aid and have not had any issues with any loads not being 100% clean. Adjustable racks are super easy to use too

No one loves to do dishes, so I am glad we found a dishwasher that makes the dishes shine. It is Quiet and efficient. Love it

We purchased a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator during the Labor Day 2022 sale......and added the Samsung smart dishwasher to take advantage of additional rebates. Glad we did it! We replaced a 10 year old Bosch dishwasher which was plagued by inconsistent cleaning, defective parts, and the stainless steel looked shabby and difficult to clean. The new Samsung smart dishwasher was a nice addition to our kitchen (modern and minimal design) and honestly a surprise. It is so quiet, you literally have to make a point of listening for it. Smart appliance app set up and integration with Samsung SmartThings was easy. Cleaning quality was immediately noticeable.....and over all the product feels well built in quality way. The Samsung stainless steel and controls panel are super easy to keep clean without smudging or taking on signs of use.

Works great. Runs quiet and dishes are clean. Definitely would recommend it.

Super quiet - we bought this for our new open concept kitchen and wanted something quiet. This did not disappoint. The only way to even tell it is running is when it drains. Dishes come out extremely clean, very easy to use! Love the auto open door to let dishes air dry!

I like the 3rd tray for utensils. Very quiet. Controls are not as responsive.

This dishwasher is great, and it is very quiet too!! There is lots of room for stacking the dishes, and the third rack is great for the larger serving spoons. Highly recommend!

Replacement unit is excellent ( so far- 2 months in). First unit was dead on arrival and needed to be returned- super quiet Cleans very nicely Drys very well - best we ever had! Fingers crossed on reliability and durability!!

I bought this dishwasher because of its 42 db quietness, and I’m very pleased with that. I can barely hear it operating! I was surprised, though, that the door does not lie flat when open unless the bottom rack is pulled out. I can get used to that, I think, as everything else about this dishwasher seems superb. I like that the door opens slightly at the end of a cycle to vent the steam. And oh, the look is so sleek!

Extremely quiet machine. Easy to load and I really like the top shelf.

Still getting used to how to load this for getting the most dishes in. It's very different from my old dishwasher. I kept my old silverware holder because I really don't like the one that came with this dishwasher. So far the dishes come out nice and clean and it does run quietly.

Love this dishwasher. You can barely hear it. Dishes come out amazoclean and bright.has a quick cycle or a power wash for stubborn pots. Door pops open at end of cycle. Dishes are always dry

Such a quiet and helpful dishwasher! This one in particular seems to be the answer to our kitchens desires. It keeps my dishes actually clean and fresh and I don’t have to hand wash much at all.
