Super quite. Washes really well! Plenty of room inside it. The door pops open automatically and keys the dishes cool off. Really cool feature.

Dishwasher is very quiet. No problems on install. Dishwasher door automatically opens at end of wash cycle to vent steam. I am not sure if this steam release will create problems for my cabinets and doors. Overall very happy with purchase

Service Quick Call: • Was told that Sep 19 was only a “tentative” date, not confirmed. • After explaining the situation, new appointment set for September 25, 2025. 4. September 25, 2025: • Technician arrived and only ran diagnostics. • Said parts needed to be ordered. 5. October 7, 2025: • Second technician arrived with a door harness, • Refused to perform repair because the dishwasher was hard-wired. • Advised that unit must be unhooked and made accessible before service. ⸻ Outstanding Issues • Lack of communication between Geek Squad and Service Quick. • Missed appointments and unclear responsibilities. • Technician refusal due to unit being hard-wired — common in built-in dishwashers. • No resolution after nearly 3 weeks of back-and-forth. ⸻ Key Questions That Need to Be Addressed 1. Why wasn’t the hard-wired setup flagged as a service consideration during dispatch or earlier visits? 2. Why is the burden on the customer to unhook a dishwasher — isn’t this part of professional appliance service? 3. If the unit is unhooked, how will the repair be verified without reconnecting and testing it? 4. What is the escalation path to resolve this quickly under the terms of the warranty?

Great customer service, the technician that installed the dishwasher was professional and very knowledgeable.

We are safisfied with this product to the extent that it fits our needs. We would wish that it was a little more stable like the old dishwashers used to be. We do like the fact that it does not extend beyond the countertop.

So far, so good. Cleans the dishes well and they come out drier than our previous dishwasher.

This dishwasher cleans well. The only complaints I have are the utensils on the thin rack on top never get clean. I feel it's a waste of space. Also, I can't fit cookie sheets in it like I could in my old dishwasher.

This dishwasher is exceptional. We love the rack on top for the silverware. It pops open when done and has a mode to dry everything as well.

Received just days ago. The delivery date was less than a week from online purchasing. Delivery guys provided professional great service. The dishwasher so far is working great with everything working as advertised.

I didn’t expect it to run so quietly. Normally, you have your living room noisy because of a running dishwasher but even the chimes and drain pipe is quiet.

The dishwasher is organized, maximizes space, has all settings you'll ever need with a cost equal or less than most of it's competitors for what service the dishwasher provides.

I love my new Samsung dishwasher. It cleans great!

Do not purchase this dishwasher. Had it for 30 days and its dead. A piece inside popped off (this is common, the tray hits it or your silverware tray), killed the machine and Samsung could not fix it and gave me my purchase price, not including installation and taxes back. I have a broken new product just sitting there in my kitchen. Now I have to purchase another dishwasher and pay the installation fee.

This a nice sleek machine and a very quiet machine. I like that all my Samsung appliances are Wi-Fi and I can operate them from my phone.

Its smaller than the old one I had, however if you want a small one, it works marvelous.

This dishwasher looks nice and I like that the second rack is adjustable even though I feel like it is a learning curve to my normal loading pattern. It easily goes up or down by the handle release on the side. A lot of my utensils (spatulas and such) do not fit well on the top rack which is a little annoying. The settings are a little confusing at first as well. I suppose with better technology and additional options there will be more to learn but all in all it does a good job.
