Installer told me whoever built my home in 2013 did not know what they were doing. Should not be a cabinet between dishwasher and sink. Then removed old dishwasher (still worked but replaced because we got new range and microwave and wanted them to match). Fussed about entire install. When he left, i ran a load of dirty dishes for first time and the water is not draining. Now 3 weeks later and I still do not have a functioning dishwasher. Best Buy did not prioritize getting installer back out. The two day they had available I was not able to be home because my son had a sports tournament. Have appointment for 12/18
