September 2025: • Contacted Geek Squad for service under warranty. • Appointment scheduled for September 19, 2025. 2. September 19, 2025: • No technician showed up. • Called Geek Squad: was told the job had been outsourced to Service Quick and advised to contact them directly. 3. Service Quick Call: • Was told that Sep 19 was only a “tentative” date, not confirmed. • After explaining the situation, new appointment set for September 25, 2025. 4. September 25, 2025: • Technician arrived and only ran diagnostics. • Said parts needed to be ordered. 5. October 7, 2025: • Second technician arrived with a door harness, • Refused to perform repair because the dishwasher was hard-wired. • Advised that unit must be unhooked and made accessible before service. ⸻ Outstanding Issues • Lack of communication between Geek Squad and Service Quick. • Missed appointments and unclear responsibilities. • Technician refusal due to unit being hard-wired — common in built-in dishwashers. • No resolution after nearly 3 weeks of back-and-forth. ⸻ Key Questions That Need to Be Addressed 1. Why wasn’t the hard-wired setup flagged as a service consideration during dispatch or earlier visits? 2. Why is the burden on the customer to unhook a dishwasher — isn’t this part of professional appliance service? 3. If the unit is unhooked, how will the repair be verified without reconnecting and testing it? 4. What is the escalation path to resolve this quickly under the terms of the warranty?

Absolutely LOVE this dishwasher. The 3rd upper rack is amazing and the storm wash works well for all the hard pots and pans.

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years, trusting this company for everything from small electronics to high-ticket items. I can say with certainty that my recent experience has completely shattered that trust. A recent issue with one of their premium products exposed a combination of defective merchandise, unhelpful customer service, and rigid policies that left me completely unsupported, despite being a long-term, high-spending customer. Attempts to request reasonable goodwill assistance were flatly refused, even when the defect was documented, widespread, and occurred shortly after the warranty expired. The “loyalty” I had assumed mattered apparently counts for nothing. This experience has completely changed my perception of Best Buy. I can no longer recommend them, and I will be reconsidering every past purchase in light of how they treat customers when things go wrong. Loyalty means nothing if a company refuses to stand behind its products or support its customers. I hope this review serves as a warning to others: premium products and long-term patronage will not protect you from being dismissed. I will also be applying this review to my previous purchases because the pattern of service failure extends beyond just one product or incident.

The dishwasher is organized, maximizes space, has all settings you'll ever need with a cost equal or less than most of it's competitors for what service the dishwasher provides.

The Dishwasher That Almost Could: The Samsung Smart 42dBA Dishwasher arrived with dreams of sparkling dishes but turned out to be a mechanical nightmare. First off, the door behaves like a stubborn mule - it simply refuses to open all the way. Every attempt to coax it open fully is met with a chorus of crunching sounds, as if it's chewing on the very idea of functioning properly. But wait, there's more. Just when I thought I had reached the peak of my dishwashing drama, a mysterious screw decided to part ways with the machine. Yes, a screw fell out, as if signaling a slow, unceremonious dismantling of what was supposed to be a pinnacle of kitchen efficiency. Best Buy's Vanishing Act: As for the service from Best Buy, it was like waiting for a ghost. They promised to send out a team to address these issues. I marked my calendar, rearranged my schedule, and waited with bated breath. But alas, on the day of reckoning, they pulled a vanishing act worthy of a magic show - no technicians, no phone call, no explanation. Poof! Gone! In conclusion, between the dishwasher's partial opening act and the crunching serenade, topped off with the mysterious case of the wandering screw, and Best Buy's disappearing service team, I'm left with a kitchen appliance saga that's more drama than clean dishes. Beware, future buyers, beware.

Deff upgrade over our old Kenmore. Quiet and efficient. A slight learning curve however when we got it linked with smart things it’s rather seamless

We remodeled our home and upgraded our countertops and backsplash what a great idea to add white glass dishwasher to blend in with white shaker cabinets, super quiet, cleans great, love using the app, im sure Can be added to alexas portfio, and of course I then had to huy the 4 door Bespoke Flex fridge can’t wait till its delivered. Ordered 7/26/22 with new Samsung Washer & Dryer needed to coordinate delivery of all items instslled 8/16/22

Liking the product, so far. I enjoy the easy to use format, the digital countdown and the quality of the washing.

We really like this dishwasher. It is very quiet and does a much better job of cleaning than our older Samsung. However, it was a bit of work to install because the power and drain line were routed different from our old Samsung requiring different fittings and relocating the electrical box.
