A piece inside popped off (this is common, the tray hits it or your silverware tray), killed the machine and Samsung could not fix it and gave me my purchase price, not including installation and taxes back. I have a broken new product just sitting there in my kitchen. Now I have to purchase another dishwasher and pay the installation fee.

I love the glass fronts. They are so easy to keep clean. I ordered the entire set with Fridge, microwave, range and dishwasher. I have had the dishwasher installed now for over a year and I love it more than the previous one. It has a quick mode which is 60 minutes and then it pops open to help with drying.

If has some issues with water leaking. Easy fix with the total tech support highly recommended. This does seem to be a Samsung issue though as it happened on my last Samsung dishwasher.

However, there is no leak to be found, called customer service, they came replaced a whole panel which made the washer work again. That did not last nearly six months and the "LC" error shows up again, that was my cue to buying a new dishwasher and not wasting money and time trying to go through the repair process again. Do not buy.

This dishwasher will break at the most inconvenient time (the day before Thanksgiving). It looks as though the adhesive keeping the plastic/insulation under the tub failed and crushed the pump/components. The dishwasher would act as if it was running but did not have any water (we could hear it in the tubing but none got inside). And of course it’s out of warranty. Thanks but no thanks Samsung!

Check if the supplied water pressure is between 20 and 120 psi.
