Crappy customer service after the sale.

It was professionally installed through Best Buy. We called Samsung and was told after troubleshooting that it was possibly an install issue, so we went to Best Buy in person to set up an appointment and was told we would have to pay for service unless we call the 1-800 number. I just dropped a grand in your store and this is the service I get? I assure you, you will miss me more than I will miss you. With customer service such as this and box stores a dime a dozen these days….i will buy my appliances elsewhere.

Bad installation

Brackets holding Dishwasher in place fell off after a couple of uses. No clue how to contact Customer Service to resolve this matter. Installation was very expensive for a failed installation.

LC error

One week washed our dishes by hand !! And in the end we got approval to replace it with new one. Works properly so far. I request to apply discount on the 2nd item but unfortunately nothing happened

So Disappointed

Every time I pull out the racks I am afraid the will break and the utensil rack isn't anchored to anything and is just loose. Very flimsy.

Great Dishwasher! Terrible customer service!

Bad bad bad bad

Does not dry properly

Worst unit ever

A disappointing item.

I called customer support and they said that a rinse aid is needed or the hot water has to be at a certain temperature. It doesn’t make sense for an item that is more expensive and modern than the previous one, which actually left every item dry without the need of a rinse aid.

No Good

There is NO drying feature. Auto release opens the door, to complete dry, it takes much time. 3. It can connect to wifi and we can set the options for cleaning from SmartThings app, but to turn on, we have to do it manually via dishwasher. 4. Top portion of dishwasher is not well designed to put utensils in organized manner. Its jig jag. 5. My poor decision to buy this one. The first wash itself I have put the load for cleaning, so I dont think I will be able to return it. Just sit tight for another couple years with this dishwasher.

Quick wash (Express 60) is a cycle for lightly soiled dishes. How soiled dishes are subjective or differ from one person to another. Buyer beware

I had to call back & schedule that & they charge an additional $179 for installation & &75 to haul away the the old one. I bought a stove, fridge, microwave & the diswaher & no one mentioned anything regarding this when i bought everything, what a hassel & waste of alot of my time!!
