(It opens to air dry your dishes!) When the door opens your dishes are cold and wet! This dishwasher only washes your dishes! No drying at all!

Poor customer service

They were supposed to bring the dishwasher into the house but they dropped it off in the garage and left before we could check it over. When trying to get the correct dishwasher to replace Best Buy’s mistake, they told us it would cost another two hundred dollars to get the correct one. We will not be purchasing ANY appliances from again.

I purchased it after looking for a dishwasher with a heating method for drying. This is more like condensation and water drops remain on the dishes. Not what I expected. Sadly I was away and probably missed the window to return.

The top shelf feature makes it easier to place all our larger cooking utensils and the smaller utensils basket feature that allows you to separate your utensils gets them much cleaner.

The top rack for utensils allows for more bottom rack space. The only drawback is the spacing of the wires on the bottom rack is a little wide. Some dishes can only go in certain areas.

This model does not seem to be as sturdy & the materials are not as tough. The interior racks were also not as good as the older model (I believe a 2020) was and I actually took the older lower rack out of the old machine and put it in this one since they are the same. The new model has a really bad silverware portion that does not stay stationary in the rack and was more difficult to fit things in, in general.

It's awful. We did not chose it. Our old one died and flooded the kitchen and homeowner's insurance provided this as a replacement. The fact that it is cheap and terrible may have been a factor in the insurance company's decision. I am strongly leaning towards throwing it away and paying for better replacement myself as a Christmas present to my family. This dishwasher runs ok, as all dishwashers should. But what makes it awful is that it automatically opens up when it is done. So for the last 3 months, there's been this daily guessing game of whether or not the dishwasher is clean and needs to be emptied, or is dirty and needs to be run. Sure, you can use magnets and stickers or whatever that should convey that info. But in a busy house with multiple kids those magnets just aren't consistently reliable. So whoever is tending to the dishwasher must constantly guess and poke around in there to see if it's clean or not. Others may be completely fine with that "feature" and that's great. But for us, it's been a daily issue that's completely avoidable by buying any other 'normal' dishwasher. This auto-open feature is unnecessary and completely ridiculous. It is a solution without a problem, and I'll now need to waste $800 to replace it and go through the hassle of finding a normal one and getting it installed.
