It doesn’t hold a lot, the flat tray on top prevents me from putting tallish items on the top deep rack. Also many times I need to rewash by hand items after they’ve been run through. Super frustrating.

MISSING PARTS

The dishwasher was missing legs, screws, bottom plate and manual. We can't set it up level without legs. Called Samsung customer service and they are supposed to send everything but haven't seen it since 9/19/25 when we called them. Also, we have been to Bestbuy twice to let them know about the situation. Hope to get this resolved soon!!!

The unit quit working just 6 months after me purchase it and try to get Samsung to fix it but was deny because of how old the unit is...Best Buy dont sell "Open Box" newly open instead they are old way past manufacturer warranty and dont have the decency to inform the consumer of such important detail, on the other hand Samsung product sucks as well that quit working 6 months after their warranty has expired.
