Works flawlessly with my Samsung Connected home. My family loves how the 3rd rack for silverware holds so much, and they are so clean. We had an old dishwasher that came with our home when we bought it 7 years ago. This new Samsung dishwasher has us second guessing all the appliances in our home. Way more energy efficient. The app lets you know when your low on Finish, when the wash is done, and plays a nice melody when it’s clean!!

I have had rather good luck with all of my Samsung products, but this one is a fail. Install was easy enough for someone who isn't considered a pro. The machine is beautiful and matches the rest of my Samsung appliances. It is fairly quiet considering the old one I replaced you could essentially hear from the outside of the house like it was a carwash. That is about all I like about it though. I have never in my life had to dry as many dishes after a cycle as I do with this machine. The top rack for silverware is constantly wet. The two main racks, I can say on average, about 50% of them I am having to dry after the cycle is done. It is rather annoying. It claims to be an energy efficiant dishwasher. I don't see how that can be true when a regular cycle takes 2hrs and 45min. A quick cycle is 1hr45min. I have tried messing around with different cycles, but still end up having to hand dry the majority of the dishes or let them air dry over night or longer. Overall, I enjoy the quiet. That's it.

We wanted all our appliance finishes to match so we stuck with Samsung again. The interior seems a little weakly built. It is quiet and cleans well, drying cycle is adequate. Hope it lasts.

Cleans well, plus I like the Express cycle (60 minutes) which includes dry time and then the door pops open when finished! The fingerprint-resistant feature is also great. Looks good too! It has many more features but these are the standouts for me. Beats out my past high priced brand dishwasher.

If you live in Manhattan, I recommend you to check other website. I ordered the machine in July 2024 and best buy delayed its delivery multiple times and in Sept 2024, I purchased thru Lowe's and delivered next day.

Super pleased with how it runs. Very quiet and cleans well. Save the $$ that Best Buy charges for install. I installed it myself after watching a YouTube video. Very easy.

The instructions for using the dishwasher are not clear and seem to be generic. We looked online for more specific instructions for this model but didn't find any.

The extra top rack is nice but definitely lose noticable space for the other racks if you had just a two rack dishwasher before.. cleans dishes just fine.

Burnt-bottomed pots, fragile glasses, baby bottles – ALL is washed to a glitter. I never had to wash it. The 'like new' effect every time! Silence of work Convenience of loading. Baskets are thoughtful: large plates, spoon forks, high glasses - everything fits logically. Easy to use. Intuitive menu, understandable programs.
