Cleans really well and really impressed by the functionality of it. Love that u can pick a setting thru the app, just sucks that you can’t actually start the dishwasher from the app. But so far it works really well

We have had it for 2 years and it does not get our dishes clean at all. Last night I had washed everything before I put them in the dishwasher I wanted them sanitzed and they came out dirty! So now we are looking for another dishwasher. It is quiet. The adjustable second rack does not sync with the back so the door will not shut, the third rack is so high you can not fit much in there and the cycles are really long. Loved the design and stainless steel interior but this is the worst dishwasher we have ever owned.

Within 6 months it was malfunctioning. Samsung sent a repair service and when the dishwasher continued to fail, they ghosted us. No reply. I submitted several repair requests before the year warranty expired. At 14 months the bottom rack rusted. We are empty nesters and run it every other day. Poor quality overall! Never buy this dishwasher!

Replacing one that is maybe 5years and developed leaks. Only got anti match. New one is ever so slightly larger than old one and will not fit my space. Destroyed my cabinets getting in in the space to find out that the door will not function. Now I need to cut my cabinets. I hate Samsung appliances. Do not buy.
