Arrived on time. Packed well except for kick guard was bent. Otherwise pleased with purchase.

I purchased this dishwasher but I noticed it would not close, the door latch appeared to be broken on arrival. I notified Best Buy immediatly and they were reasonably helpful and they replaced it a few days later. The second one was installed and it ran great for about a month and then something broke inside and it leaked water on the kitchen floor and into the basement. I contacted Best Buy and they explained it was better for the mfg. to support the product, so they passed me on to Samsung. I then contacted Samsung and explained the issue. They have told me that they would call within 24 hours multiple times over the past week for service but they have yet to call. Since Samsung is not responsive, I attempted to go back to Best Buy tonight and they said I am past the 15 day order window and that I should have contacted them earlier… So I am stuck and back waiting on Samsung. Hopefully this review will help someone avoid the headache of buying from Best Buy and Samsung. In the meantime I attached a picture of damaged ceiling tiles below.

I recently upgraded to this 24” AutoRelease Dry Smart Built-In Stainless Steel Tub Dishwasher, and it has been a fantastic addition to our kitchen. It works exactly as expected right out of the box — easy to install, intuitive controls, and all the cycles and features perform reliably. It cleans really well too. Even heavily soiled pots, pans, and dishes come out sparkling clean without any pre-rinsing needed. The drying performance is solid as well, especially with the AutoRelease feature. Where this dishwasher truly shines is how incredibly quiet it is. We have an open floor plan with the kitchen directly connected to the living room. Our old dishwasher was so loud that we always had to crank up the TV volume whenever it was running. With this one, we genuinely forget it’s even on. It’s whisper-quiet, even on the normal cycle. We can have normal conversations, watch TV at regular volume, or just enjoy the peace without that annoying background racket. It’s a game-changer for our household. Highly recommend this model if quiet operation is important to you (and honestly, it should be!). Worth every penny.

Produce is great and works fine, but Best Buy delivery and installation is terrible. They did not take away old dishwasher despite me having paid for it. It looks great in my living room.

We've had the Samsung Dishwasher for 2 months now. So foar It's been really great. My wife and I really like all the features. It is a lot quieter than our previous dishwasher. We had Best Buy install it, they removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one in less than 20 minutes. I highly recommend this model and I highly recommend Best Buy for their great customer service.

I had to buy a new dishwasher due to my old one failing. I was not excited, as I hate hoping I find a good new machine. This dishwasher was an awesome purchase!!! I really wanted the third rack for silverware. I love that I can better organize it all and I feel like it gets a better clean. The second rack is adjustable which is cool, although I haven't used that feature yet. It is so quiet!!!!! I had to listen hard to be able to make sure that it was running. It pops open upon its completion to finish drying and let you know that it is done. I love the matte black. Fingerprints and dog nose prints are not a problem on this new finish. A necessary purchase that I love!

Initially it wasn't getting tge dishes dry but after talking to customer service they helped me change a fiew settings and now it gets dry every time. It is a VERY quiet dishwasher. I also didn't like tgat tge door opened every time that the cycle ended. They also helped me change those settings. It does a great job of cleaning. I was going to give it a four star review but honesty it was my fault for not reading the manual. I also love that the shelf is adjustable.

Our family was looking for a high-quality dishwasher with the ability to dry the dishes better than our previous dishwasher, but also make sure that it gets it clean. The storm washes amazing and the auto release dry function is a must have in the kitchen and saves us a lot of time from pre-rinsing dishes and drying them. You can also customize the washing cycle to your liking.

The dishwasher has a nice look. It has a third rack but cannot fit much on top, we lay our glass straws or water bottle lids. It is a bit small, the racks do not allow for convenient placement of plates and bowls because of the design. The “buttons” for control are not so touch sensitive. It is also very loud. It does look nice and the dishes do come out quite clean.

I have had this dishwasher for almost a month now. So far, it's been awesome. Very quiet when running, so quiet that it has actually startled both me and my cats when the door pops open at the end of the cycle. My dishes have been very clean, even though I didn't pre-rinse. The adjustable middle rack is a definite plus. And the 3rd rack is just the right size for the small sauce cups that I use as cats' dishes. I've also used the Storm Surge feature a couple of times for pots and pans and they have turned out beautifully. I would absolutely recommend this one.

This is replacing a high end KitchenAid. It is almost as quiet. Not very noticeable in our media room which is adjacent to the kitchen. The blaster mode works great on pots. Actually surprised us as to how well it cleaned pots. The 3 drawers are nice. The middle drawer for glass raises and lowers so it works when we put big pots on the blaster. For the price, we have been incredibly happy with the product. We have had it for 1.5 months so far. Only negative, which isn't really a negative, just comparison to KitchenAid, is that the drawers don't feel as solid. Otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase. Also, one nice feature is that it has a pan on the bottom in case there's any leaks. Our older KitchenAid did not have that and had a leak which damaged the flooring. Also, really love that it pops open after it's finished. Helps it air dry quicker.

I picked this washer because it doesn't have an exposed heating element so it won't melt any plastics that might fall down. Also, it has a short third rack at the top to put lids and things. The first time I ran it I was happy to discover that it is MUCH quieter than the washer it replaced. I can watch TV and wash dishes at the same time now. I don't even here it. Another thing, it holds more dishes. I don't know how it does that when it takes up the same amount of space, but it does. I can fit cups in the top rack that I couldn't fit in the top rack of my old dishwasher. That is part of it, but it's just better designed overall.

So far love the operation of the unit. We have been moving in and running the express for new dishes. Love that the door opens after operation to dry items in the open air and alert you that it’s clean. We took off the utensil covers as our utensils don’t fit otherwise. My only knock so far is that someone got a scratch on it (I think in trying to remove the coating or tape residue?) and then tried to remove that. And further scratched it. Stuck out like a sore thumb (2”x3”) and more distressing as it’s ’brand new’ and you want everything pristine for at least a month (lol). We purchased a 2”x3” clean/dirty magnet so I don’t have to think about it every time I go past. :). Disappointing to learn that fingerprint resistant means you can’t buff something out and yet the fingerprints and marks seem easy to accumulate…. Wish we had stayed with slate or done a matte finish. It is quiet as a mouse to the point that in some ways you wonder if it’s working—there’s good and bad to that. :)

We're extremely pleased with this Samsung dishwasher. Especially that it opens the door automatically at the end of the cycle, which allows the dishes to dry without using any electricity. We like using the 3rd rack for out silverware - it makes it easy to sort to put it away. It is not silent, but it's much quieter than our last unit.

The outgoing GE dishwasher was so loud and once the trays started rotting out, I jumped on the sale Best Buy had for Black Friday. This samsung dishwasher is quiet, sleek, and loaded with options. I love the 3rd tray for chopsticks and various smaller items. Installation was a standard affair and straightforward. The stainsteel is not really stainless steel. It is ferous and allows for magnets to be used on it. Great for those clean/dirty magnets.

So far this dishwasher is great. It cleans and dries perfectly. I have made the mistake of not running it because I thought I heard it running. It is so quiet. I wish the racks tilted so that cups wouldn’t turn over and collect water. This may be user error though. The bottom rack have large gaps which may make many dinner plates hard to wash alongside many dinner glasses.

This dishwasher is great. It runs quiet and has so many washer settings that are great. The ability to wash tall items is great.

I really love this dishwasher, having the top rack for flatware is awesome. It does come with the caddy for flatware and other utensils as well, but not having to use it frees up space for pots, pans, and other dishes which is nice. It is also very quiet, and easy to use. The Stormwash is awesome for the occasional dish that is a bit more difficult to clean, however it only works in one spot on the bottom rack of the dishwasher. I would like to have seen this function work for the entire bottom rack, but not a huge negative in my opinion.
