I’ve had this machine for almost over a year. I love it. It cleans amazing and always well kept. Hasn’t broken down for anything, such a good brand.

Works wonderfully. My dishes are so clean. Samsung for the win.

Works amazingly minus the annoyance that you HAVE TO use rinse aid or it throws an SC code that usually means bad sensor or clog, but you only knownif you install the app and connect to it... lots of headache. Disappointed in Samsung for forcing use of 3rd party products. Aside from that it would have recieved a 5 star

We've had this Samsung dishwasher model (dw80cg5450mt) for a little over 2 weeks now and we're starting to regret our purchase. First, the dishes don't seem to be as clean as they were with our 20+ year old Kenmore that just kicked the bucket. Secondly, the drying feature called the AutoRelease Door is pretty much a joke when it comes to drying your dishes after a cycle. For example, last night we did a small load of dishes around 6:00 pm. When the cycle finished, the AutoRelease Door function kicked in and popped the door open to release steam and help the dishes air dry. The problem is that at 10:00 am this morning (16 hours later) when I started to take the dishes out to put away, everything (especially the silverware) was still wet. How does a $600+ dishwasher not have a better system for drying dishes? The third issue that we've found with this machine in its short time with us is that the filter clogs pretty quickly. We've done about 5 loads in the 2+ weeks we've had the machine and we've had standing water in the bottom of the unit one time already. This product came highly recommended by Best Buy customers which is partly what we based our purchase on. Boy, were we mislead.

Does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes. I never hear it running. Thats a big deal.

This is my second samsung dishwasher. I didn't need to replace my first one but I had purchased a new stove and decided to replace all of the kitchen appliances so they are the same age. I only wanted a new one because I loved the 3rd row and have always thought that would be more efficient for my household and it is! I love it. I also love that it opens once done, that really dries my dishes off faster and makes putting everything away easier.

After one month the Samsung dishwasher works great and is nice and quite.

I replaced what I thought was a good Kitchen-aid with this dishwasher. Turns out that Kitchen-aid was not so good. I now Know what a good dishwasher is like. Dishes come out clean. They are cleaner now after a couple of washes than when they come out of the old washer. So we put all of the dishes through before using them and what a difference.

I love this dishwasher. Its so quiet and cleans so well. Not to mention its looks great in my kitchen!

Perfect dishwasher to complement my other Samsung appliances. It operates very quietly and the automatic door opening after completion is a great feature for thorough drying. I would recommend this to anyone in search of a new or replacement machine.

Just hit the 1 year mark with this dishwasher, and the wife and I absolutely love it. Super quiet, the third row silverware rack is awesome. Easy cleaning and maintenance.

Qow oh wow!!! Get everything clean. Wifi settings and omg when its cycle is complete it makes a sound and the door opens!!!

I love my new Samsung dishwasher, it’s quiet, auto release and I’m loving the top rack for silverware. The installation process was easy and he was very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing the equipment.

Love it! Cleans well and does all. Love the 3rd shelf. Especially like the door popping open to dry.
