Nice Wash but Wont Dry

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very quiet, cleans well and the adjustable top rack makes for easy loading BUT...it will not dry the dishes and does not have a heat dry setting. I have tried every combination of settings (I think), used jet dry, nothing seems to work.

BUT, this one I have a few gripes about. IT DOES NOT DRY DISHES. I have to use a dish towel and dry every single dish that comes out of this thing! Even if I let the dishes sit in there a few days, they still are extremely wet. The 3rd rack for silverware is pointless because it has never fully cleaned the silverware. Silverware only comes clean when it is put in the bottom basket. Utensils that are long won’t fit in the basket and don’t come clean on the top rack. I have to lay them down on the bottom rack. The bottom rack design leaves it with wide openings and so much stuff literally fall through to the bottom of dishwasher during the wash cycles. I always have to check for items the fell through after every cycle. I wouldn’t recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

But when I turn that feature off everything stays soaked. I bought this particular one to have a heater to dry my dishes. But only works when the door is open. Other than that it works great. Connects to my smart things app easily. Read the manual. I always do.
