    Space isnt very good

    The unit isnt bad but the space isnt very good can barely fit a plate on the bottem and the top rack the pics show it hold 2 different size plates but thats false. The silverware rack pushes on most things sin the top rack

      The upper rack of your dishwasher can be adjusted to accommodate large plates.

      Depending on where you set the upper rack height, the lower rack can accommodate plates up to 12 in. (30 cm) in diameter, and the upper rack can accommodate plates up to 8 in. (20 cm) in diameter.

      Please see page 14 under the "Height adjustment" pages 17 to 22 in the "Loading your dishwasher" section of the manual for more details.

    Bad installation

    Poor installation. Brackets holding Dishwasher in place fell off after a couple of uses. No clue how to contact Customer Service to resolve this matter. Installation was very expensive for a failed installation.

    Only had the dishwasher a month and it just quit working. It was professionally installed through Best Buy. We called Samsung and was told after troubleshooting that it was possibly an install issue, so we went to Best Buy in person to set up an appointment and was told we would have to pay for service unless we call the 1-800 number. I just dropped a grand in your store and this is the service I get? I assure you, you will miss me more than I will miss you. With customer service such as this and box stores a dime a dozen these days….i will buy my appliances elsewhere.

    Product is not the best model don’t like the silverware rack it moves all over the place def wish I could of purchased a different model when I purchased

    cycle runs forever. does not heat dry. auto opens at cycle end to "air dry." very inefficient. dishes do not appear clean. the water left on dishes means hand drying. water is left inside the machine, begins to smell and potentially grow mildew. unsafe for pets and children to leave open. very unhappy with this purchase

    So Disappointed

    Thought I was buying the same unit I had before but this one is soooo cheaply made. Every time I pull out the racks I am afraid the will break and the utensil rack isn't anchored to anything and is just loose. Very flimsy.

    I DO NOT care for this dishwasher. It does not dry the dishes and it takes FOREVER to wash a load. Which makes it less emergy efficient. Get a different one

    Discovered the kick plate was dented when I opened the box. I wanted to get a replacement for dented kick plate. I called Samsung who referred me to Best Buy. Called Best Buy and talked to five reps and got transferred and ultimately ended up back at the beginning of their phone system. Dishwasher may be great as I haven’t used it yet. Just don’t buy it from Best Buy.

    Overall nice dishwasher. My main issue is that it doesn't have a heating element so the dishes aren't always dry and there is water left inside after it is finish
