It’s super quiet and cleans great. My favorite feature is the 3rd rack up top. It’s great for organizing silverware and sticking smaller objects up there like tumbler lids.

This dishwasher literally does not clean well and it does not dry. This pop open method leaves the dishes soaked and every load needs to be hand dried. Not sure whose brilliant (sarcastically of course) idea as Samsung that was but NO!!! just NO!!! Keep researching and find something better. Best Buy…stop selling this product it is not good! Take a little more pride in what you sell. And Samsung take a little more pride in what you make! What a disaster and complete disappointment.

So far the only thing I would change is the silverware tray. I thought the lids came off, but they don't. One thing I found strange was when the cycle is complete the door opens. For now I would give it a 4 1/2

I have tried every combination of settings (I think), used jet dry, nothing seems to work.

BUT, this one I have a few gripes about. IT DOES NOT DRY DISHES. I have to use a dish towel and dry every single dish that comes out of this thing! Even if I let the dishes sit in there a few days, they still are extremely wet. The 3rd rack for silverware is pointless because it has never fully cleaned the silverware. Silverware only comes clean when it is put in the bottom basket. Utensils that are long won’t fit in the basket and don’t come clean on the top rack. I have to lay them down on the bottom rack. The bottom rack design leaves it with wide openings and so much stuff literally fall through to the bottom of dishwasher during the wash cycles. I always have to check for items the fell through after every cycle. I wouldn’t recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
