The house we'd purchased came with a brand new low end GE dish washer. I ended up switching everything in my house to Samsung because of this dishwasher. Id bought it out of frustration because the GE didn't clean our dishes well at all. This dishwasher exceeded my expectations in cleaning and noise level. The smart features are useful, especially the auto door opening to allow the dishes to air dry. Great purchase

Solid dishwasher as a replacement for use in rental property. Great install work and pricing option from BestBuy. It does the job on dishes and is pretty quiet compared to other, similarly-priced units. I've had good luck with Samsung products before, so I'm hoping I get the same level of qulity and longevity from this one!

Flimsy door that feels cheap. Silverware holder doesnt attach to rack. The extra top rack is nice but definitely lose noticable space for the other racks if you had just a two rack dishwasher before.. cleans dishes just fine.

My husband and I installed this replacement dishwasher ourselves. No problems at all! It's as quiet as a church mouse and everything is wonderfully clean. Wasn't sure about the third rack for silverware, but i love it!

I have to be honest, not feeling this one so much. I LOVE having the 3rd rack(small utensil one on top) BUT it takes up space so I can't put my Stanley in there. It's a compromise. I DON'T love the way that the bottom rack is set up. There is no place for large casserole dishes or pans because every inch has the wire "holders" and so what I end up doing is moving the utensil basket to the left side of the rack and putting my casserole dishes/pans on the right side where the basket is supposed to go. And the way the wire "holders" are set up feels awkward somehow, not efficient. Also, for some reason it doesn't dry very well but maybe I just haven't found the right setting.

We had our dishwasher installed 3 weeks ago. We think it does a great job cleaning dishes, glasses and silverware. The silverware comes out better than we have ever seen it, We love the fact that we can set the washer for the lower rack only, We have not used the 3rd rack but it is nice to have. We downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app and added the dishwasher to our wi-fi network. When the cycle is finished we get a message on my phone and on our Samsung Smart TV. The unit is quiet, You can barely hear it. Needless to say we would recommend this Samsung Dishwasher.

This dishwasher does not have heated dry. The way it "dries" the dishes it it opens the door automatically at the end of the cycle. The water is pretty hot at that point, so it "air dries" the dishes. This makes it energy efficient. However, the dishes don't get as dry as they do with a machine with heated dry. It's mostly in areas that water "pools", like in a spoon that was loaded "spoon side up". JetDry is your friend as well - it helps with the overall drying process. The connectivity features are really cool, and it's a quiet machine. So, if it dried better I'd give it 5 stars but the air drying really doesn't do as good a job as heated dry.

Very quite cleans excellent but it take a little longer than i like

Had a older samsung model break down so upgraded to this model. Love the third rack for silverware but wish that since i opted for that one that the bottom rack wasn’t taken up by even more silverware baskets. The racks raise and lower easy and the apps UI is quite easy to navigate. The count down timer and doir popping open to dry is a nice feature. I do wish this one had martini and wine glass holders like my previous model though.

It’s not as big on the inside as my last dishwasher, but love the feature that allows the door to pop open and dry the dishes further…cleans dishes nicely, even on quick wash.

This dishwasher is awesome. It's sleek and makes any kitchen look great. It is nearly silent when running and has so many options for customizing your wash cycle. It also notifies you, via the app, when the cycle is complete and when the rinse aid needs refilled. It's a great machine.

This is my second samsung dishwasher. I didn't need to replace my first one but I had purchased a new stove and decided to replace all of the kitchen appliances so they are the same age. I only wanted a new one because I loved the 3rd row and have always thought that would be more efficient for my household and it is! I love it. I also love that it opens once done, that really dries my dishes off faster and makes putting everything away easier.

So far it’s been a great dishwasher! Super quiet, and clean great. My only knock against it was the auto release drying feature, which was easy to turn off once I connected my phone to it via their app. It’s a nice feature to help dry the dishes better, but with kids and animals, it’s a bit annoying

It's a lot quieter than thevone it was replaced with. I didnt think I would like the third tray atnthe top, but it comes in handy for pot spoons and chef knives ( I do all the cooking). The stainless steel tub is another big plus and the functions the unit comes with are a much needed upgrade.

I love my new dishwasher. The capacity is amazing. Loading is easy and the dishes are always sparkling clean. The only thing I wish was that it came with a hard copy of the instruction manual rather than me having to search, download and print one.

Great dishwasher. Sleek and nice. Makes very little noise and does a good job cleaning dishes.

Good price. Extremely quiet. Just a basic dishwasher with no fancy 'racks'. Cleans well....I can fully load it & everything comes out clean. The only thing I don't like is that you can't 'crack' the door...it just falls open...watch out dog! Only took 20 minutes for removal & installation. Great job!

The heating element went out within 6 months. I had to threaten to get an attorney before Samsung would finally send a repair person because it's still under warranty. I felt like I was going thru an interrogation to get the work done. It finally works, but they adjusted the leveling and now it's off. I love that it's very quiet.
