    Washer no power need to call Samsung. They replace the power board .

    Have not used it yet and it is already broke. These have a leak detector that seems to fail a lot.

    The dishwasher really cleaned well but the door would pop open in the middle of a cycle. We had two of these dishwasher and both of them did the same thing.

    We have loved this dishwashernin the 2.5 years we have owned it. Its very quiet and cleans really well. However after 2 years the drain pump failed and while the part was within warranty the labor was not. I was quoted $250 to repair and did it myself with an ebay sourced part for $30.

    appears to be a nice product but came in damaged. no visible damage to the box so it must have occurred before or during packaging

    Leaking after 2 months

    The dishwasher started leaking after two months (LC code). While I have the geek squad protection, they have not wanted to repair as it is new. They are trying to setup a re-installation, but it has been 2 more months and nothing has been setup.

    This dishwasher stopped cleaning properly after a few months, but would fix itself after doing. Reset. Right after the one year warranty, multiple parts were broken after a year and none of the defects were covered under warranty. Cost to repair was estimated at $600-$800.
