Granted, this is definitely on the higher side of cost, but I have to note I am enjoying this new dishwasher tremendously during canning season (especially the Sani Cycle). It is important to read owner manual to understand the settings and how to easily set up on your wifi network too. I was able to set that up so quickly and it was efficiently added to my smartthings notifications. All in all .. good drainage, I still have cooking/kitchen items with dimples that will keep water despite it all (it is what it is .. especially when you do pre prep and freeze meals in advance). Otherwise things come out very clean. I must mention how QUIET this dishwasher is too. Just a bonus here with the time countdown easily viewable on device as well.

We had a working dishwasher, but while it was running the noise was really distracting. We purchased this dishwasher hoping that it would be quiet, and were happily surprised to learn that it is virtually silent. If it weren't for the countdown timer on he front panel it would be difficult to know if it was running, except for when it is pumping water out in to the drain. Oh, and it cleans great as well, with three separate, adjustable racks the allow arranging of a wide variety of dishes. The only drawback is that you can only put tall items (pizza pans, cutting boards) along the edge or they will block the upper rotating wash arm.

So far we are pleased with our new dishwasher. Easy to use, very quite and does great job on cleaning. We had a Bosch before. This Samsung is as good as that highly rated dishwasher.

This dishwasher is very quiet does a great job at cleaning the dishes. Wish there was an option to clean just the top or just the bottom racks. Overall would buy it again.

Our LG went out and replaced with this. Initially we were looking into bosch as a replacement, however, COVID has slowed their production and we weren’t able to find the model we were looking for. So we settled for this and we aren’t disappointed by any means. Cleans great, SUPER quiet (nearly have to put your head close it to hear it running and does have a top+front time display to see cycle time), and had a feature we didn't know it had that the bosch 500 series offers, the auto door opening at the end of the cycle to vent. Also the top-of-door button feature is great so our little one doesn’t turn it on/off/mess with a cycle. Would definitely recommend.

You can't hear the washer at all in our small kitchen so we are getting a kick out of the singing cycle notification. We are not liking the condensation drying as it leaves some dishes wet and a puddle in the bottom. The packing instructions for dishes are hilarious. The 3rd shelf for utensils is not worthwhile for our small family but I can see its utility for large groups.

Fantastic dishwasher!!! We love the amount of space in this dishwasher and the third rack is perfect for lids and flatware. It cleans dishes really well. No water spots. It lets you know when you’re running low on rinse aid. The automatic door open feature at the end of the cycle really helps with preventing excessive water being left on your dishes. Great dishwasher. We would definitely buy it again if we had to do it again. I pray we don’t!

This thi g is so quiet at first i did not think it cme on , washes very well you can fitlare stoc pots . Rack has adjustments

I had trouble handling the web instructions. However, the service from the installation company was excellent. They arrived at expected time. The removal of the old dishwasher and the installation were very competently and quickly done. The dishwasher is excellent. I am still learning how to use it, although it is quite similar to my old one with the controls on the top. It is as quiet as described except for brief pump sounds. While washing I hardly know it is running. Excellent cleaning.

This dishwasher is by far the best I’ve ever used. If following the recommended loading scheme/using jet dry, the dishes come out sparkling clean and dry. It is near silent except for when the water drains out below the sink, but I guess thats unavoidable. The smart control features require you to push a button on the dishwasher and then you have 15 min or so to get on your phone before it times. This would bother me more but I only ever start it immediately after loading.

Ok. This may not be everyone's dream appliance, but it works for me. I like the third rack, but it takes some getting used to. Just means items arranged a little differently. I like the top of door controls and the time left display. The open door feature during the drying cycle is useful. Dishes are nice and dry yet not blazing hot to the touch as soon as the cycle is over. No. Plastic items won't be dry. I don't think it's possible to heat plastic enough to dry without melting it. All in all a good value and perfectly serviceable dishwasher.

The first couple runs were almost silent. I thought it wasnt working properly untill i opened it while running and it was definitely working. After having installed, and used almost daily, for a month it is still super quiet and there are no leaks. I before buying i saw that leaking was an issue for some people who install on their own and by a proffesional. I did the install myself and used the kit BestBuy recomends to go along with it. Over all, I am very pleased with this dishwasher. Quiest, cleans well, and looks good.

Love this dishwasher. The top shelf is a feature I did t know I would love. Even the 60 minute fast clean does an excellent job

My wife and I love this dishwasher. Very easy to install. Very quiet and gets the dishes clean. The door pops open after the rinse cycle to help with the drying process.

I’ve been using this for about a month now. So far it has been flawless. Supper quiet. Use a rinse aid for the beast results and your dishes are spotless and dry 10-15 min after the unit automatically opens. Connected it to WiFi on the first attempt and it has not dropped yet (unlike my Moen U-line faucet which never stays connected). Lately I’ve been purposely putting in very dirty dishes and letting them sit for several days before I wash: first attempt everything cleaned perfectly. Couldn’t be happier, unless it was a little less expensive! Will probably but one for my other house.

Very quiet dishwasher. I can't even hear it when it's running. Cleans very well too. Plenty of room for lots of dishes. I would buy again. No regrets.

I bought this dishwasher primarily because its 39db level is among the quietest out there. My villa has cathedral ceilings and that really amplifies the sound level making it hard hear TV or whatever your entertainment type is. That level is practically imperceptive except when draining the water. A plus is that your Samsung or Apple cell phone can receive a signal when it is done and other problems should you encounter them. I really like the 3rd shelf for silverware. There seems to be ample room in the dishwasher but I live by myself and don't have many dishes to wash. I'd definitely buy this again. It is pricey.

Despite the sleek design and being extremely quiet, the trade-off is a leaking door. After about three months water began pooling beneath the left corner of the door. Upon inspecting, a stream of water could be felt within the door frame. Within a matter of days, the right corner of the door began leaking even more water than the left side. After reviewing support on the Samsung website, everything was in-check. I setup a service repair under the warranty, and despite the effort, the door continued to leak after the "repair!" I do not recommend this product since it is unreliable and problematic, and on top of those reasons, even the service provided by the warranty is insufficient. It's worth noting that if for some reason the cause was due to poor installation, that would be a major concern as I paid for the Best Buy installation service. With this being an apparent door frame issue, I doubt it was an installation error and rather a defective product from the start.
