The washer is very quiet, which was important to us, especially since our last Bosch was whisper quiet. Having three racks to load is incredible, no going back from loading silverware in a basket on the bottom row. The smart features are nice but not necessary. I don't mind getting notifications that the cycle is finished, it can be helpful. Overall it's a great deal, it cleans as well as our old Bosch, is quiet,. Looks beautiful. Added bonus: A large display on the front showing time remaining on the cycle; can see it from across the room and it's very very nice.

Love this dishwasher. Cleans very well. Only problem is it is too quite. A few times in the middle of the night I go into the kitchen and I hear a very faint noise and I try to figure out where its coming from only after a few min of searching its the dishwasher doing its job. Almost silent.

Super quiet, washes well. Easy to operate; however, still learning about all of this unit's options, especially the dry cycle.

So far so good. This washer is so quiet we don't know it's running. The auto-dry makes our dishes squeaky clean. We couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I like this Dishwasher, very quite and does a good job cleaning the dishes. The only thing I was not too happy is that in the event some water drip outside the unit, there is a sensor that if a little water get in to it, it will give you an error code, so you need to youtube it to open it, dry it, and hope that will not do it again..

We have been so thankful we purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy. It works perfectly and is so quiet we do t even know it’s running. Best Buy had our order ready a day earlier than requested and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend it!

Lets clear up some simple research here. I looked at redoing my kitchen and wanted top of the line appliances in black stainless steel. I went with Samsung due to the technology behind them and the brand etc. Now when it comes to dishwashers, I had a Bosch and it worked great, granted there were times, the dishes didnt come out totally clean, but it did the job and I had no complaints. When it came to style, I sacrificed quality product and name brand for style since the Bosch stainless I owned looked like something out of the 1950's and was not sleek styling at all. I would of went back to Bosch had they not had a backorder of their products by several months. However I went with Samsung and I have to say despite all the negative reviews, this dishwasher performs as good if not better than Bosch and the dishes come out sparkling. I am not sure what all the issues others are having and quite frankly I feel like its a bit of over sensitivity and maybe a few faulty units. However knock on wood, this dishwasher is performing up to par with some of the best I have used and beats out GE and Whirlpool. My theory is that other appliance manufacturers are scared of Samsung right now and all the "appliance stores" I contacted, knocked Samsung as being the lowest tier appliance. I so far disagree and in fact am very happy with the purchase. They look stylish, modern and have the latest tech embedded into their appliances which is awesome and ties into my smart home. As for other manufacturers, I cannot say that much about their tech tie in as I have not seen it.

Bought this dishwasher nd i will say it is quiet. As for the negatives, average was is between 2-3 hours which seems to use a lot of hot water. It does have a setting to do a quick was of 1 hour but dishes don't seem to be as clean. There is a delfection arm that keeps coming of the track. Wirh this product bwing less than a year old i am not impresses. Also the 3rd rack seems great in theory but honestly is quite useless. The capacity of the diswashee is also smaller than my last. I would by pass this dishwasher and find one that is more suitable.

Love this dishwasher! Very quiet when running. My dishes are spotless! Especially love the 3rd top rack for large utensils and knives!

This is a beautiful appliance. It cleans dishes thoroughly and doesn't leave spots. The auto open feature is also great because it helps air out the dishwasher after a cleaning cycle. The middle rack is height adjustable. We love the top rack for silverware and large spoons. The delay wash and the option to start the dishwasher from the app is also a really nice touch. While gimmicky, it's pretty cool that we get alerted on our phones when the dishwasher is done. I had a previous Samsung Dishwasher which was still working perfectly but didn't match our remodel. Sold it and went with this one. Best of all this is really really quiet.

Nice washing options very quite but door pops open automatically when dishes are done kept leaving small water puddle on floor when popped open after cycle (supposed to ) geek squad came out didn’t find a leak but could of been from water rolling down when door popped open for drying and got on floor third rack is really useless except for regular silverware but got dishes clean

I love this dishwasher, and how it adjusts heights. But best of all it is so quiet you wonder if it is running. I was skeptical about how it opens on its own at the end and if it would dry properly, it dry's perfectly. It's amazing!!

We really didn't need a new dishwasher, but my wife insisted that we take advantage of the sale discount as we were purchasing other Samsung appliances. I can not believe how quiet this unit is and how well it cleans dirty dishes without a pre-wash in the sink. I guess we did need this after all.

We exchanged this Samsung dishwasher due to a malfunction of an older model that was impossible to repair (after several attempts). The difference is huge, still a sleek look very modern matching same color of our refrigerator but with much higher performance, this model has a visible timer (that comes on only when the dishwasher is turned on) it automatically crack opens the door a couple of minutes before the end of the cycle to allow steam to dry out and the washing programs are very good and efficient. The third rack for silverware and smaller items is very useful. Overall a very recomendable items a bit pricy but well worth the money!

It's done a great job of cleaning the dishes. The app controls are easy to understand. It is also very quiet.

Beautiful design. No handles on the front. Simple and clean lines. Unit is super quiet and washes dirty dishes and glasses with a spot free finish.

We just started using our new dishwasher. We really like the upper rack for silverware and large cooking utensils. It is very quiet and cleans really well. So far so good.
