Dishes come out spotless. Unit is very quiet. Appreciate the feature that when the cycles complete, the unit automatically opens the door.

Great product, can't believe we lived so long with old one. Washes extremely well, lots of settings, quiet, AND...pushes itself open at end of drying to let all the trapped steam out so everything dries super well and you KNOW it is done. Love IT

I love the third tray for utencils and how all the shelves adjust to different heights. The best thing about this dishwasher is how quiet it is. Really amazing. It really gets the dishes clean too. And, don't know why, but the stainless steel front does not seem to get smudged like most stainless steel appliances.

The dishwasher is great... the cylces can take a long time but it has high heat and heated dry so it is worth the time. It also have many other settings so you can make it shorter if you need to.

Great cleaning, super quiet, open design inside - I removed the silverware caddy from the bottom rack and only use the upper shelf for silverware. This makes it really easy to place and remove silverware, and really opens up the bottom rack.

It does everything I need it to do. Super quiet and automatically opens the door to remind me that it is done and needs to be emptied.

Overall the dishwasher works well. It is very quiet and cleans the dishes well. My only complaint is the drying cycle. The dishes are still wet once the cycle is completely done.

My last dishwasher lasted about 6 years. From day one, it didn't clean as well as I had hoped it would. After fighting it for that long, it finally started dying (thankfully). I did my research and chose this Samsung, and I have no regrets. The improvements over previous machines and possibly even new ones is obvious before you even wash any dishes. The water connection is at the rear of the unit and so is the drain hose (the drain hose is already hooked up). These might sound like silly details but I have had other machines where the water supply connected underneath the machine. Next, there is a "channel" under this dishwasher to run the power cord/wiring through. Another simple yet very useful feature. You can hard wire this or use a plug in cord with it depending on your setup. Another plus over past machines is that the door seals on this one are actually attached and don't fall out or get pulled out like past machines I have owned. Again, a small detail that matters over the course of several years. This has 3 trays. The top tray can be used to put your spatulas or large spoons in, or even lids to jars or containers. The center of the top tray can be adjusted to drop down for a little more room. There is a water sprayer for the top tray (spraying downward) so I watch that I don't block it. The middle tray can be adjusted up and down depending on your needs. Glasses are held at an angle and don't jiggle around. I have the tray adjusted to hold small pots, glass ware, bowls and storage containers. The bottom tray has sections that can be folded down to accommodate large pots and pans, etc. There's enough room in there that I have never had an issue blocking the sprayer on the middle tray above. You don't have to bend any of the tines to get your pans or skillets to stay in there. If you have some hard core cleaning to do, you can set it up to concentrate more water to the left bottom tray. I've never had to use it myself. The machine works best with liquid detergent instead of pods. You can use pods and I have, but the dispenser is made for liquid. There is no heating coil. It dries entirely by evaporation. When it is finished washing, the door automatically opens and it has a small (and quiet) fan that allows the steam to escape. As with most machines, plastic items sometimes do not dry completely. I have found that placing them in the trays at an angle really helps, I guess because the water runs off. If you lay a metal skillet flat in the bottom tray, the underside may not dry completely. These are the only 2 examples I personally have with the drying, and I'm not complaining about it because it's not a big deal. Glassware comes out spotless. What IS a big deal is that the machine cleans everything perfectly. I'm not joking when I say that. I have even loaded it with items laying across each other and it still cleaned them. And it is dead quiet. I am used to it now but at first, I wondered if it was working at all. I use the app and when the machine is done, it sends a message to my phone. My TV is a Samsung and the washer sends a message to it which shows up across the top of the screen, telling me it's done washing. The app will also tell you if it's time to run a self cleaning cycle, and you can use the app to start the washer if it's on a delay (the washer has to be powered up for the app to work). It's a cool feature and there's more to it than I have mentioned. It's not overly complicated and no, you don't have to use the app at all. I recommend this machine to everyone reading this. Seriously, you will not regret it. It's easy to install, easy to use and it cleans everything perfectly.

5 stars! This dishwasher is quiet and cleans wonderfully. They are fully dry when done as well. The top rack is really nice. All the racks glide smoothly. So happy with this purchase!

Very pleased with our new Samsung Dishwasher. It's only about a month old now, but very quiet and does a great job cleaning our dishes and accessories so far.

One year ownership review. First of all the good. This is a very quiet machine. It lives up to its promises in those regards, so well done there, Samsung. Now onto the many bads. First of all, its poorly constructed. Within a month of purchase, a few of the pegs on the 3rd silverware tray broke off during normal use. More have continued to break off throughout the past year. Some of the seperaters on the bottom rack (standard on any dishwasher), but they won't lock back into place when you put them back up. And the biggest issue: there is a mechanism on the bottom which slides forward and back to spread the water during the cleaning cycle. It CONSTANTLY pops off and requires you to crawl inside the dishwasher to reattach it. Relatively easy fix, but I'm forced to do it every 2-3 wash cycles. And it won't clean the bottom rack at all when it's off (or when it pops off during the cycle). Overall if this was a budget dishwasher selling for $5-600, I'd say these were manageable issues. But for a premium device selling for over a $1,000? This is unacceptable. Samsung makes excellent tv's, phones, and other devices. But clearly they haven't figured out dishwashers yet. Buy a Bosch instead.

Great Dishwasher. love the sleek look of it and the spacious inside is exactly what we needed as a family of 4. You can rearrange it so many ways to fit everything to get washed.

This is the quietest dish washer!! We can run it at any time as you literally cannot hear it running! We love it! Dishes come out very clean too - we haven't had any issues with water spots either as the dishes dry nicely! I am so glad we decided to purchase it!

No noise, awesome design, worth the money, excellent performance

Stainless steel construction. Really quite while washing dishes, the three levels makes it really nice when you have larger loads and can remove the silver ware basket from the bottom. No issues so far.
