We had servicemen come out who didn't understand it either BECAUSE they're delivery people, not trained service techs. The only way the drying cycle works is by using the hot water to heat the dishes and then popping the door open for an air dry. The heating element does not turn on to dry the dishes. If you don't run the hot water to preheat it won't produce dry dishes. It is quiet per the label but 1100 is too much for a dishwasher that doesn't actively dry the dishes.

As for the negatives, average was is between 2-3 hours which seems to use a lot of hot water. It does have a setting to do a quick was of 1 hour but dishes don't seem to be as clean. There is a delfection arm that keeps coming of the track. Wirh this product bwing less than a year old i am not impresses. Also the 3rd rack seems great in theory but honestly is quite useless. The capacity of the diswashee is also smaller than my last. I would by pass this dishwasher and find one that is more suitable.

The install was perfect and it works very well. The instructions are clearly written. The controls are very evident and easy to interpret. The dishwasher cleans very well and without problems. Drys well too. It is very quiet while it runs. Excellent product.

The best thing about this dishwasher is how quiet it is. Really amazing. It really gets the dishes clean too. And, don't know why, but the stainless steel front does not seem to get smudged like most stainless steel appliances.

Washes extremely well, lots of settings, quiet, AND...pushes itself open at end of drying to let all the trapped steam out so everything dries super well and you KNOW it is done. Love IT

Very clean, shiny, and dry dishes. A word of caution: it is about 0.5 inch deeper than most dishwashers of 24", so make sure it will fit all the way in your cabinet
