I like this dishwasher, which has many features, which my previous one did not. It has three racks, the middle one of which can be adjusted up of down. It is easy to load and unload. Instruction booklet is clear, and the bottom plate is easy to remove to clean. I have given it 4 stars for the following reason, or else I would have given it 5 stars. We use plates and bowls at every main meal. If the middle layer is in the lower position, the rotating washer arm, hits the dinner plates on the bottom level. If the middle rack is raised, the bowls or side plates hit the uppermost rack, which contains space for the utensils. I can only get by with putting the bowls or small plates in a slanted position in the middle rack, and not straight, like the other plates. The dishwasher cleans all the dishes well, and has room at the back left for larger items, though I have not used this feature yet. The exterior is stainless steel, though there is a white option too, and it has clean lines, which match the fridge freezer, which I just purchased. It is the quietest dishwasher I have had so far, which was in the description and excepting while emptying the water, you cannot hear it operate. A good choice overall, especially if you don't use many regular bowls or side plates.

I bought this to replace a GE Profile with a serious design flaw resulting in repeated leaks from the bottom. Since GE doesn't mean GE anymore, and Whirlpool/Maytag/KitchenAid/JennAir/Amana are all the same brand I wanted something different. I have become increasingly more of a fan of Samsung appliances (I now own a washer, dryer and dishwasher). I went with this model given my brother's experience with a Samsung dishwasher and the linear wash. Here is what I know having it about a month now (with nearly 2 cycles per day of use). I love it to start with. It is functional and has a lot of space inside. I went with the stormwash and have not regretted it. I have an InstantPot and often cook cheesy sticky food in it. My old dishwasher almost never cleaned it, in this one I put it over the nozzle and turn on stormwash and it comes out beautifully clean every time. I love the auto door open at the end, but unlike some models it pops open about 10-15 minutes BEFORE the cycle ends and continues to circulate air. My dishes come out so dry, lids with grooves will still hold a little water but it is pretty good. On that note, some Samsung models do not use hot air, this one does, which is a plus. On that note, the traditional dishwasher design has an exposed heating element at the bottom for drying, who among us hasn't had a piece of plastic fall during the cycle and melt on the element? Samsung hides the heating element safely inside the machine. Remember I said my last dishwasher would leak? Well we would come in to find puddles all over the floor and the machine would continue to pump. Samsung has a tray at the bottom to catch leaks, a sensor to shut the machine down, and thanks to Samsung SmartThings it would then alert me. On that note, I used to mock the idea of Wi-Fi enabled appliances, I now own several. I like that it alerts me when it is low on rinse aid, when the cycle is finished or if someone interrupts it, etc. It is so quiet that you don't even know it's there. I love this dishwasher and it has made me very happy with my choice. The ONLY issue I have is the cutlery basket. The slots are just a little too small for some of our Amazon Basics flatware, no worries...I used my multitool to enlarge the holes ever so slightly, but I would like to see the design incorporate slightly larger holes. I recommend this machine. Oh, I almost forgot. The water connection, instead of being in the front and requiring you to thread the tube under the machine and then fiddle with wrenches the connection is on the back, and Samsung uses a proprietary nut which you put on your existing elbow and it connects so much easier and better than the brass on plastic.

I love this dishwasher. It works excellent even with stuck on items. Tons of room for everything we use within a day. Its very quiet and user friendly. Love it. Got it from best buy outlet 65% off due to it being a floor model. Couldent be happier with the purchase. I still need to purchase the glass on the front of it.

This is the quietest dishwasher I have owned thus far and is my second Samsung dishwasher. The first one lasted 12 years. It cleans extremely well even when it is packed with dishes, and it is a bit easier to load than the last one. I like the Wi-Fi feature, although I have not had much chance to use it. I love that it has a big timer display on the side of the door letting me know how much time remains in the wash cycle. The automatic door opening at the end of the wash cycle venting steam for faster drying is great and it reminds me to empty the dishwasher.

So far I LOVE this dishwasher! Easy to use, dishes come out spotless and it’s so quiet I don’t even know it’s running. With my old one I always had to turn up the tv lol. It has a lot of space and the adjustable top rack. I would definitely recommend this appliance! I also need to give a shout out to the delivery guy. He was working on his own because his partner called in sick. He removed and installed 3 appliances for me in great time and was very friendly and professional. Working with Austin from the Fort Wayne Best Buy made the whole process run smooth and he helped me pick out the perfect appliances.

I am so excited about my Samsung Dishwasher. The beautiful shining crome color and the thirteen options for cleaning dishes, pots, and pans. The washer is quiet you can bearly hear it. When it is finihed, the dishes, pots and pans are so clean and spotless. The dryer dry everything completely so they are ready for uses right away. Additionally, silverware comes out clean and spotless. My dishwasher save me time, electricity and money. My dishwasher is one of the best investments I have made. I anticipate many years of great service from my dishwasher.

Great dishwasher. Had an LG which sucked the whole time we owned it. This one works, doesn’t eat through the rinse aid, and doesn’t take 4 hours! The auto open door on smart dry is genius. Keeps cabinet next to it dry and not humid which other one did. Is a bit smaller, but third drawer on top takes the knives and lids that took up room on previous top shelf. Did have to figure out a work around to secure to cabinet- didn’t come with anything to secure to cabinet to avoid wobble. But husband figured out something! I even tested on caked on dish son had in room for days- did not rinse off at all and came out so clean. I almost cried… LOL. (Teen boys and dirty dishes- need I say more!)

It has a nice and clean look, getting well fitted under the countertop with the panel up on the door. Lot of good functionalities, like the 10min quick watering, for pre-cleaning. If you plan properly, it can be enough for very light dirty. However, after this, the minimum is 1h cycle, which I think it is too much for most dishes. The racks are very convenient. Noise-wise, I expected it to be quieter, from how the sales guy have described.

We needed a new dishwasher bad, got a great price on this Samsung during BB Black Friday sales. We had the dishwasher installed before Christmas, so far so great! All of the features that brought me to the decision of picking this model up have lived up to the claims. Stormwash, drying, and it is SOOO quiet. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for one, especially if you can get it for the price we paid.

So far so good! This thing is QUIET. Just the other day while we were at n the kitchen having dinner, my wife said, "we have got to remember to run the dishwasher." I told her I started it before dinner and was running as we sat there. She couldn't believe it. The dishes have come out clean every time, even on the express wash. Zero issues. The ONLY thing I would mention if I'm being nitpicky, is the front piece of steel is a bit thin and or has minimal backing as support. That means if someone were to use their knees to close the door, there could be a risk of denting or creasing the metal. It is a non issue if you use your hand and close from the top.

love love love this dishwasher. Dishes are clean every time when I don't overload it (leave room for water to move around the dishes). It is quiet as a whisper. Sometimes we forget we started it and are startled by the sound of the soap dispenser opening! Love that the door pops open when the cycle is done, so the drying is more efficient as steam is released.

After two units were cancelled upon delivery (annoying - BB outsource) it FINALLY arrived and I love it. Super quiet, super clean dishes and the BESPOKE matches up nicely with the rest of the kitchen. This is my first go around with Samsung appliances. I went "all in" buying also the range, microwave and refrigerator BESPOKE models. So far so good and honestly I get comments on the appliances from friends and family visiting my home. Really beautiful equipment. A++ for BB Outlet staff who made a difficult situation much easier with their exemplary customer service skills.

The Dishwasher is nice, and we love the overall look. A couple of minor issues, primarily it won't auto start if you open it and close it again, and the door is stiff as it won't lie down flat without having the bin sitting on top of it. It is very quite and does a good job cleaning

We are very happy with this purchase. Very quiet and cleans everything thoroughly. We live the way all of our new appliances are smart it makes things very convenient.

My very first Dishwasher and I couldn't be happier. I like the fact that it does help me. I appreciate doing the programing with the Smarthing app but I wish it would just not give me a direction to go place the start key manually. Maybe I need to play with this new gadget more to find out. I love the fact that the rack is adjustable and have extra room for the utensils in the top.

We love this new dishwasher. It looks great and is so much quieter than we were expecting when running. The extra top rack for utensils is very useful. The ability to transition the cup rack to hold wine glasses is also very nice.

What a blessing this new dishwasher has been! So quiet and efficient! I truly love it and the wonderful person who helped install it. He went above and beyond!
