Samsung electronics maybe, Samsung appliances no!!

They sent a technician and refused to service the unit based on an incorrect diagnosis (in my opinion). Sending it to the junkyard. Moral of the story, be wary of Samsung appliances and especially so if they find loopholes in order to prevent them from having to fix a unit that isn’t even 1 year old.

The appnis cool if you want to monitor the cycles and get the alert when it's completed the wash. I feel the adjustments for the racks are nice but not as many items fit since the 3td rack spinner gets in the way. I'd rather have that eztra 3 inches for the middle rack. We've ran 4 -6 loads and now 2 of them there has been liquid detergent spilled out of the holder and ran down the inside of the door vs being used up and spun inside the machine. We do use the 60min quick cycle as that seems to work well, haven't used the storm cycle as we don't have many hard solids that stick to the dishes. So in all we like it for some things but really just average in my opinion as we bought an open box at a great discount (small dent) so if I paid the retail price it would be very disappointing.

Gets dishes really clean. Cons- Feels a little flimsy. I don't find it to be nearly as quiet as other reviewers did.

We were concerned about it not having a heating element to dry the dishes like our old dishwasher. But this unit does a great job of drying the dishes. The plastic cups will have a small amount of water on the tops, but everything else will be dry.

After several washes the dishes are clean. If there’s anything still wet I’ll say it’s because of the placement of dishes or there’s items like utensils that traps a small pool of water enough to not thoroughly dry during that cycle. Couldn’t find the self-clean run cycle but the SmartThings app assisted with that. The second rack is adjustable to go up or down, so it’s a little wobbly. Wish it was a little bit more sturdy. Also wished you could power on and start the dishwasher from the SmartThings app. You can only send the next run cycle settings to the dishwasher. I haven’t tried asking Alexa yet, she’s been busy lately haha.

We had to download the control panel options because we did not get a user manual except one that showed how it should be installed
