My main concern was the way the bottom rack tines are placed/ arranged. There is a gap/open space about in the middle--i suppose for bigger bowls? But that leaves less room to load dishes. 2nd, when loaded, found the bottom rack heavy to pull out. 3rd: the door pops open when the drying cycle is done. I dont know if there is a way to override this, but i find it a safety hazard if you have young kids around. I gave it 2 stars for quietness and the way it cleaned the dishes. I'm buying a different make with a full Rack of tines in the bottom rack.

This dishwasher will break at the most inconvenient time (the day before Thanksgiving). It looks as though the adhesive keeping the plastic/insulation under the tub failed and crushed the pump/components. The dishwasher would act as if it was running but did not have any water (we could hear it in the tubing but none got inside). And of course it’s out of warranty. Thanks but no thanks Samsung!

To better understand this, the manual's "Maintenance and Troubleshooting" section (pages 28–38) provides guidance on maintaining the adhesive and pump system, as well as tips for diagnosing water flow concerns. Check if the supplied water pressure is between 20 and 120 psi.
