Works great and is very quiet!

The spacing on racks is fine, love the utensil holder it’s versatile it can go on front or side but the door seems to be very stiff I wish it wouldn’t be so tuff.

Bad service

After calling best buys 3 times, and driving to the center to get it fixed (2 hours), then spending 1 hour on the phone, which i got hung up on. It's still leaking. And damaged. No resolution.

Very Disappointed with Best Buy

Standing water in the bottom. Online troubleshooting said water in the bottom was almost always an installation error. I called for service and the soonest is almost two weeks away. I will not be buying any more major appliances from Best Buy. Additionally, setting up a service appointment took almost wo hours. The iPhone chat app errored out and would not allow me to interact. The online chat was extremely slow as well. It's insane to pay this amount for a new product, have the company make the error with installation, and then have to wait almost two weeks to get it fixed. Would not recommend Best Buy. The dishwasher, to be fair, is great.

Best dishwasher ever

That is only 1 of the best things i love about this washer… no visible element. It has several speakers and 3 different racks. It’s so “Jetsons” like!!

do not buy this

However, there is no leak to be found, called customer service, they came replaced a whole panel which made the washer work again. That did not last nearly six months and the "LC" error shows up again, that was my cue to buying a new dishwasher and not wasting money and time trying to go through the repair process again. Do not buy.
