Great model, many features!! Samsung has the best!

Literal piece of junk!! From the very beginning I noticed this dishwasher had been cheaply made. Pieces kept breaking off, how be it non essential pieces, so I brushed it off. We had to get Best Buy out here once before to fix it because the dishwasher itself was leaking. We just passed the 2 year mark of having this thing (so no warranty in place anymore) and all of a sudden we hear a loud noise come from it. I was hoping it was a freak thing, but the dishes came out with a dusty film all over them and now it won’t start period. It’s insane for this to be almost 1k. We’re not made of money, and it takes us time to save up and purchase things like this. We’re so sad that it’s only been two years and we’re already having to scrounge to buy another dishwasher. Please don’t end up in the same sitaution as us, look elsewhere.

This dishwasher replaced a very noisy dishwasher. When we first used this Samsung, we had to stand near it to make sure it was really doing its job because we couldn’t tell if it was on. The negative is that we have get used to the long drying time by starting the wash before we go to bed so it will be dry by morning.

This has worked very well since we purchased it. We love the black stainless steel look. The only reason we give it 4 stars is the lack of enough tines on the bottom rack.

The first one I got it started leaking. Called Samsung they sent a repair guy out and he found a thin crack by the door. The repair man called Samsung and they replaced it in a timely manner. Very impressive

Had a month so far loving it, works as should haven't tried the function from our phones dont know if i will either but it might be another great feature for aome people

Washer delivered, could not be installed, missing parts. I had it privately installed with parts from ACE Hardware. Once installed, it performed excellent.

Very quiet can’t hear it’s even running. The spacing on racks is fine, love the utensil holder it’s versatile it can go on front or side but the door seems to be very stiff I wish it wouldn’t be so tuff.

I recently purchased this dishwasher and it has exceeded my expectations! It cleans very well and is pretty quiet. You can also control it using your phone. I love it!

The dishwasher has been an excellent upgrade for our kitchen. We are very happy with this purchase.

Got this to replace our Bosch dishwasher, not really sure about the quality. The racks are sometimes hard to open and the dishes dont seem to dry very well, still need to towel dry.

The service from Best Buy was exceptional. The follow up from Samsung not so much.

Dishwasher delivered and installed on Friday (two days ago). Standing water in the bottom. Online troubleshooting said water in the bottom was almost always an installation error. I called for service and the soonest is almost two weeks away. I will not be buying any more major appliances from Best Buy. Additionally, setting up a service appointment took almost wo hours. The iPhone chat app errored out and would not allow me to interact. The online chat was extremely slow as well. It's insane to pay this amount for a new product, have the company make the error with installation, and then have to wait almost two weeks to get it fixed. Would not recommend Best Buy. The dishwasher, to be fair, is great.

The dishwasher works great. No complains so far we have only being using it for less than a month but already works better rhan my two previous GE profile dishwashers.
