However, the first time it ran it it leaked all over. 2nd time it leaked and the water was disgusting and leaking out front corners. Had plumber service. Ran 2 more times to see of anything worked. The silverware rack pushes on most things sin the top rack

The upper rack of your dishwasher can be adjusted to accommodate large plates.
Depending on where you set the upper rack height, the lower rack can accommodate plates up to 12 in. (30 cm) in diameter, and the upper rack can accommodate plates up to 8 in. (20 cm) in diameter.

I wanted to get a replacement for dented kick plate. I called Samsung who referred me to Best Buy. Called Best Buy and talked to five reps and got transferred and ultimately ended up back at the beginning of their phone system. Dishwasher may be great as I haven’t used it yet. Just don’t buy it from Best Buy.

Dishes don’t dry

Double checked the setting and all the other hacks the owner’s manual has suggested and nothing changes. Have to dry all the dishes after washing. Very frustrating.
