No space for square dishes

The racks are flimsy, so I am sure they will not be lasting long. My dishes do not fit. My plates are too tall for the bowls to go in the top rack. There is no place for Tupperware type items. They do not fit in the groves and end up full of water. It wouldn’t do a start up to program until I connected it to my phone. (This dishwasher also doesn’t have built in heating to dry the dishes, so the door opens when it is done.) The built in water sensor alarm doesn’t work. (The water hookup leaked and had to replace flooring. ) I wanted the top rack for silverware, but now think it is a bad idea. It doesn’t clean them very well. I thought I would have more room with this option, but now I am thinking the top rack takes away space for my bowls. I have to space them out, because my plates are to tall in the bottom rack. I have to have the middle rack all the way up on the adjustable rack so the spinner doesn’t hit my plates.

All dishes come out completely wet. Also, I tried contacting Best Buy to exchange the product and they refused even though it was within 20 days of the purchase. They have a 14 day limit. Horrible customer service.

It’s hard to recommend or comment on something you haven’t received yet . It wasn’t sold out when I purchased it but currently if you buy it you might get it .

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It does what I need it to, it looks nice, the buttons on the top are nice & I like that I can get it without a handle so that my small children don’t pull it open or hang on it. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that I’ve previously had a similar Samsung dishwasher that the drying function worked wayyyy better. I do find myself having to hand dry half of my dishes even after sitting all night with the door open after a cycle. My old dishwasher would completely dry my dishes. This one does seem to fit more dishes than my last dishwasher though, so that’s also nice.

Cleans really well and really impressed by the functionality of it. Love that u can pick a setting thru the app, just sucks that you can’t actually start the dishwasher from the app. But so far it works really well

We have had it for 2 years and it does not get our dishes clean at all. Last night I had washed everything before I put them in the dishwasher I wanted them sanitzed and they came out dirty! So now we are looking for another dishwasher. It is quiet. The adjustable second rack does not sync with the back so the door will not shut, the third rack is so high you can not fit much in there and the cycles are really long. Loved the design and stainless steel interior but this is the worst dishwasher we have ever owned.
