Leaks after the first few loads. It has to do with how the condensation forms and is shed with this unit. Drips on the floor, unfortunately it’s hardwood below it.

Pump broke after 2 and a half years. Cheaply made dishwasher. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

Have never been delivered but the status shows delivered. The delivery crew came and I said I don’t want the delivery my matching refrigerator didn’t deliver and they left. Please refund my money

It may be because we upgraded our former contractor-grade dishwasher to the Samsung, but this dishwasher is super quiet and efficient. It has several features that add to its convenience and effectiveness. I strongly recommend this product.

Have to exchange for the same one three times.. haven’t got a chance to use the machine.. Best Buy have a terrible service

Unit runs whisperly quiet. Install was a breeze and seems to work incredibly better than our prior machine - a kitchen aid. Seems to be more solid and rigid than others. Thought id take a chance on samsung again as we have every other appliance and no issues yet.

Product works really well and looks extremely nice. My recommendation is by the five-year warranty on all of these products for the plastic heating up over and over again gets brittle a year and a half in and we had to have parts replaced when the parts were replaced cracks happened more but they just swapped it right out other than that washes. The dishes great and looks sweet. Customer service was fantastic fixing the problem.

So far it's a great dishwasher, even opens the door when it's finished. No problem with anything.s

High quality look and feel. Cleaning options are great and if you like the SmartThings app, this appliance connects very easily.

Perfect dishwasher we are happy with the Samsung dishwasher

I purchased the black stainless steel in Jan 2023, and 5 DAYS after the one-year warranty expired, it started leaking! And not from anywhere we could find - it might be the door seals?? My husband and I unhooked it, took it out, looked everywhere top to bottom and could not find anything indicating where a leak is occurring. We did see that the bottom panel had water and soap residue but it did not auto shut off to prevent electrocution like it is supposed to.... Also, keep in mind I had to ZIP TIE the top rack in three places because it kept falling apart - both the wine glass holder and the pipe connected to the water spinner thing for lower rack- technical term, right? I went to change my original review, but Best Buy does not let you edit your reviews, which is horrible - which means my previous 5 start rating factors into the item. Things should last more than one year, especially at this price point. I am so disappointed.

Beautiful and does a great job! Looks so sleek and clean. Does itan amazing job cleaning and drying dishes. Our daughter loves doing her chore now!

So far so good. The dishwasher is great. It's super quiet and I'm loving the third rack for chopsticks.

I had geek squad out twice. a total of 3 dishwashers installed, 4 to be delivered. I had a plumber out to fix things that turned out didn't matter. I finally got a more expensive one by bespoke and extended warranty. I love it. The installers installed this one a little differently too. Nothing is worse than calling Best Buy over 10 times, being on hold, can't understand them, they would never let me speak with a manager. You are unable to speak to a human at a store location. AI sucks at he beginning of the call. Over the years I have spent close to 100K in tvs, appliances and etc. I am rethinking of not going to Best Buy for anymore. There are other companies out there that have the same products and prices. Maybe they would compensate me better that Best Buy Did!!!

Excellent transaction. Everything went without a hitch. Product was as expected! Would do all over again!

The dishwasher started leaking and getting error codes. called Samsung technician and after inspection he claims it was damage during delivery also paid for to samsung for delivery. since it happened after 10days after delivery its not covered. The issue can not be seen so no way we could know it was damage on delivery. I bought top of the line dishwasher, range, microwave, dryer and washer. Its surprising after spending almost $5000 they will not cover a faulty top of the line dishwasher.

We bought this 2 years ago. We bought this because it was listed as the front panel could be swapped out for a custom, it can’t. Only with Samsung panel. Multiple build quality issues. Silver tray had to be replaced right away purchasing it and the replacement unit broke. Samsung wouldnt provide another replacement. Now, it appears the circuit board has failed on the dishwasher and should be covered by the 5 year likited warranty for the board… but nope. Samsung wants charge for the service. Wont ever buy another samsung appliance. The build quality is terrible snf they wont last.

Owned for just over a month. Two error codes last week. Contacted Samsung and they had me run through an extensive check list before they would send a tech out. Tech came and said motor was bad; so he replaced it. First time using it since it was repaired, now another error code. The builder’s choice cheap dishwasher we had before this one didn’t have a single issue for 2 years. This dishwasher is 2x the price and has been a headache after just a month. Not worth the aesthetically pleasing design!
