5 star on the product itself…1 star on the installation instructions/engineering. The engineers on this team understood the assignment and built a machine that cleans and dries dishes beautifully. I cannot say the same for the folks who designed and engineered the installation or the instruction writers. Let’s start with the fact that you must wear gloves when installing or you will absolutely slice your fingers to shreds. Edward scissorhands has nothing on this dishwasher. Wear gloves. Don’t take a chance. The cuts are deep and will burn from every lemon and lime you slice when you’re making your celebration margarita. Oh the salt will sting too…. for days. Don’t celebrate too early either. The instructions for how you connect the water make absolutely zero sense. It took me thirty minutes to find the electrical hookup because the drawings are crap (electrical hookup is on the front of the machine, right site when you are facing the door, near the floor, under the rubber flap in an electrical box that you have to take apart to complete the wiring to a (not included) wiring harness/plug)…you’re welcome). Very little text and the drawings are too tiny to read or see/understand. If your drain line goes to the right, you’re going to have a heck of a time. Whoever designed this thing never installed a dishwasher into a cabinet. The hose clip meant to hold the hose will not work because the hose will stick out beyond the cabinet opening no matter how hard you try. If your line goes left you’ll probably be ok because you can snake the line back as you push the dishwasher back. But if it goes to the right you will need to gorilla tape the hose low where the clip is but to the left about 5” so the hose can bend but will be held as low as the clip. I didn’t clip or tape it the first time and when I pulled the dishwasher out after running a few times to level it and make sure there were no leaks, the hose had burn marks on it from being situated near (I’m guessing) a heating component. The hose would have eventually burned through and leaked no doubt at all. I also had to tape the electrical cord up so that it wouldn’t drop under the feet when pushing the machine back. Not ideal and very frustrating (at this point you’re realizing your fingers are sliced to bits too. You will be frustrated and questioning every decision you’ve made in life including why you chose this dishwasher) but don’t give up you’re almost there. Don’t forget the cabinet hooks. You will, and when you do you’ll remember this review say a few choice words and then pull it out again to get the hooks back on. After this it’s downhill if you have it leveled and if you have enough space to get the dishwasher gasket thingys in the tiniest space between your cabinets. Love the concept because I’m sure this reduces sound (and this bad boy is quiet I’ll tell you) but there’s got to be a better way. I messed up my Formica piece on one side of the cabinet from pushing the dishwasher into and out of the gap so many times. The gasket thingys eventually pulled the Formica off and cracked it so that’s something I’ll have to fix. I have no solution for you on this problem. If you’re cabinets are tight you’ll have to push like the dickens but by this time you’re so mad you don’t care and will kick it in if you have to. Of course you could let a Best Buy installer do this for you but I’m thrifty and like doing things myself. If the dishwasher doesn’t sit flush make them install it correctly until it does. Cleans great. Easy to load. The door opens and closes easily. The settings are easy to set (you have to push start again if you open during cycle). The water drains loudly. Not because of the pump but because it pushes the water out so quickly. That’s a little annoying I’ll be honest. Overall I’m very happy with this machine now that my fingers are healed. Glasses and plastic are clean and dry. Love the third rack and the foldable tines for pots. I use the adjustable middle rack to fit everything, Glasses are held up during wash cycle (don’t fall over), wine glasses fit nicely, little plates fit in the middle top rack and all other petty concerns. Generally a 2 hour cycle for heavily spoiled dishes but a 1.5 hour cycle works for light loads. Have fun and enjoy. Don’t forget your gloves.

I recently purchased the Samsung 24” Bespoke AutoRelease Dry Smart Dishwasher (actually I got the bundle) and WOW—this machine is a game changer! Great price on an outstanding dishwasher. this Samsung dishwasher is so very quiet and gets all our dishes sparkling clean. The filter is a breeze to clean and we love the door opening at the end of cleaning cycle. This machine is so much more water and energy efficient than our previous dishwasher and it's very sharp looking. It was a very simple install. I would give this Samsung dishwasher 6 stars if I could.

I absolutely love this dishwasher. It is contemporary and efficient. It cleans my dishes very well. Also it is so quiet and once the cycle is complete the door opens automatically.

I love how clean the dishwasher looks, the best part is, is it super quiet and it cleans really well. It has several different washing cycles to pick from. And at the end of the cleaning cycle, the door does pop open to help it finish drying, and I personally think propping the door open also cuts down on any odors.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my dish washing machine. It is sooooooo quite that you don’t even know it’s doing it’s cleaning. Once it’s done it opens on it’s own. The dishes come are nice and super clean compared to a Frigidaire brand I had. Another thing I greatly appreciate is the glass… no more messy looks like the stainless steel. So Easy to clean in comparison to others. I love Samsung Kitchen appliances! Worth the investment. This is my 4th Kitchen appliance.

So quiet you can hardly tell it’s running. Lots of cleaning options. Does a good job! Would buy again.

This dishwasher is super quiet and gets the dishes very clean. I have used the normal and auto cycles mostly and no problems at all. I love that it automatically pops open when the cycle is done (I rarely use the drying cycle!). I use the gel-packs for detergent/rinse aid and find they do the best job. I love the clean look of the glass front. The panel is easy to access and very user-friendly. I would buy her again!! :)

cleans everything real nice and VERY quiet during was cycles. no easy like on/off switch with multiple settings and no START button, its challenging to start AND AGAIN ITS SO QUIET DURING CLEANING TIME but it cleans every level really well. It has a really nice safety/silverware holder and a nice top rack for more sensitive items like coffee mug lids

This is the best dishwasher. When is in used you can't noted, because don't make a noise in compare with the one we had. The wifi connection is very helpful

Simply amazing. This dishwasher not only looks amazing it cleans amazing as well. It will add a level of ultra quiet sophistication to any kitchen with its elegant, yet modern design. The glass front looks beautiful with the white behind it creating depth of color. Dishes come out spotless and sparkling clean, but it has a party trick for drying. The dishwasher opens the door at the end of the cycle and uses it's fan assist to dry your dishes to spotless clarity with no trace of water. Below are my list of pros and cons but in all i highly recommend this product, you will not be disapointed. Pros: Super quiet (cannot hear it running) Adjustable middle rack Powerful Multiple spray jets App controllable smart system Easy read display 3 racks, two that are adjustable 1 silverware tray Samsungs storm wash feature. Cons: Ive yet to come across any Do i recommend this product? YES! I have used many dishwashers and none have worked as well as this.

Actually cleans AND dries our dishes! Imagine that! Replaced our 5 month old GE Profile from the builder with this beautiful diswasher that matches our Bespoke fridge. Stainless steel interior is a must have so water can be hot enough to do its job. Seems well insulated. Super quiet. Door pops open when cycle is done. Good space inside. Be aware that this disheasher (and other Samsung and Bosch) is 34” high, not 33 5/8 or 33 7/8. Standard cabinet height is 34-37”, but if youre is exactly 34” it may not fit without a minor modification to the top of the opening (or bottom, depending on flooring). We had someone remove a non-essential piece of thin wood trim from inside the opening and it fit perfectly. Neighbor did the same for their new Bosch. Best Buy did a fantastic job installing. So quick and careful. Thank you!

I’ve only had this for about a week. It replaced a nine year old Samsung that was still working perfectly. I was tired of stainless steel so I bought the white glass. This thing impressed me from the first use. It cleans extremely well as expected. It is even quieter than my last one. The function I love the most is that the door opens a few inches when the cycle ends so the steam can escape. Then the drying fan comes on. I used to have to remember to crack the door on my old one or the dishes would never dry completely. I am so impressed.

This dishwasher is pretty and sleek. It seems to work fine, like a normal dishwasher. It’s quiet, which is nice and pops open when the cycle is done, so there’s no question as to whether the cycle was run or completed.

Beautiful!!!! This dishwasher is not only super sleek but so user friendly!! I thought my other dishwasher was good but this is a whole new level! So quiet! I also love all the different features including the door opening when the cycle is done to air out!!! No more opening up the dishwasher in the morning to dishes with moisture on them! So much room ! I also love that I can move the utensil holder around fitting to my needs on placement of the dishes! Totally recommend!!!
