The dishwasher itself malfunctioned on the third time of Use. We ordered another one from Best Buy. It was delivered. The delivery guys were awesome and the dishwasher is working great as of now.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the good - it's very quite, and seems to clean well. the very bad - The main circuit board failed 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty ended, and It's only been in use for 3 months of the past year (part time resident), so it's had very little use. this likely would have failed within the warranty period if we lived there full time. The worst part is Samsung repair process - they will no longer sell the main circuit board to local appliance repair companies, and they will not sell the part to me directly - they require me to buy service and replacement through their authorized repair partner, at a cost of $524 - which is 65% of the original and replacement price.

Good looking dishwasher, works well.

The first one we ordered worked for only 2 days, and it took many weeks to get Best Buy to replace it, which was very frustrating. This replacement is working well. It looks great, works great.

Any other cycle the unit works fine. If you happen to use auto and try to let it detect what settings to use, half the time it will skip drain cycles leaving you with smelly dishes and a pool of water at the bottom of your dishwasher, requiring a second wash. If you use normal mode or any other mode, no issues, and it will drain fine. Hopefully Samsung addresses this issue in the future.

Its hooked into my wifi so i can see when it starts, when its finished, what cycle its in. I press auto and the more dry button and walk away. Great product

Line of spokes on the top rack broke from the controller but getting repaired by Geek Squad. Wish I could turn on from my phone. Dishes come out sparkling clean and love the Sanitize option.

It not finish it first cycle and when we called Samsung they told us some BS. The door opened with 2 minutes remaining and they told us it was to let the steam out and that would dry the dishes, but the dishes were still wet. They are coming out to look at it next week.
