Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1) It's not white it's very much gray. 2) It washes worse than the much cheaper dishwasher we got installed in our ADU the same time. 3) The layout of the racks is the worst I've ever encountered and there's no way to customize it or improve it. 4) The plastic drain hose sprang multiple leaks down the length of the seam, and Samsung tell me that we need to pay an installer to replace it because to do so requires opening up the dishwasher, and yet it's a 'external' part so they won't fix it themselves.

Dishwasher and microwave issues

The dishwasher has been replaced three times within the first year. The microwave has been replaced once already and can't keep time properly.

Worst experience with Best Buy delivery

Its a very worst experience i ever had with Best Buy with multiple delays for delivering my appliances and I am never going to buy or suggest to buy any appliances from Best Buy again. Not great design results in water dripping

Install was a breeze and seems to work incredibly better than our prior machine - a kitchen aid. Seems to be more solid and rigid than others. Thought id take a chance on samsung again as we have every other appliance and no issues yet.
