I bought this dishwasher less than 14 months ago. I was remodeling my home and finally installed it less than a year ago. After less than a years worth of using it, the inner support gasket(the metal piece that holds the rubber seal that prevents the dishwasher from leaking) became separated from the metal tub. I called Best Buy who acted as if they could care less and passed me over to Samsung. They sent out a technician who deemed it as unrepairable because you would have to replace the whole inner tub. I figured that would be easy enough and since they have a lifetime warranty against leaking i thought it would be a simple process. NOT EVEN CLOSE.... It has been over 3 months of not using my dishwasher. No one at Best Buy even would listen to what i was trying to explain because i did not purchase the extended warranty from them. Forget the fact that i spent over $6,000 with them in the past year and the unit is not even a year and a half old. Samsung has been even a bigger nightmare to deal with and i would never buy a product from either of them ever again. Bottom line.....DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I love how quiet it is, how clean it gets everything and how efficient it is.

Chose this unit for it's simplicity and clean looks, as well as value. After installing and running, found that the machine cleans very well, but the drying results are terrible. After setting rinse aid to max, and using Sanitize feature as defined in user's manual, dishes still come out very wet. I wish we had bought another Maytag.

This seems to be an excellent dish washer so far, it is very quiet, and cleans well. We love the look as well.

I got sold on this dishwasher. It stinks - when the salesman told me stanless steel is the way to go to avoid stink. I have to wash the dishes before I put them in the dishwasher....What's the point in having a dishwasher? While it looks good, it is a piece of junk! I am so upset with this purchase!!

So far I love this dishwasher, it is really sleek and stylish while plenty of space inside and ss interior. It is super quiet. I read a couple reviews about it not drying the dishes, just put some jet dry in every so often and you wont have that problem! My dishes are dry and spotless! Only thing I miss is this one does not have a delay wash, but I learned to live without it because I loved this dishwasher so much.

I don't like to shop for appliances....but the friendly and well informed sale associate at Best Buy made finding a dishwasher a painless experience. He directed us to the best machine for our needs not the most expensive product. The delivery was quick and without any problem..and now I'm happy with a quiet Samsung dishwasher!!

I bought this dishwasher expecting a lot, afterall it is a $700 dishwasher. Twice I had Geek Squad out and twice was told it was normal for this dishwasher to not dry my dishes. The dishwasher would leave enough water in there to cause a mold or mildew issue if not dried in a short period of time. I have a toddler and wash her cups and dishes in this unit therefore, I did not think this issue was sanitary. I was upset to learn most expensive dishwashers operate in such fashion without a dryer. I learned the "fan drying" which conserves energy is inefficient and unrealistic to appropriately dry dishes, especially plastics. I returned this product! I have a Samsung TV, computer and other appliances but NEVER EVER would I trust Samsung for a dishwasher again! Even upon calling Samsung they agreed this issue was normal and they suggested I open and air dry the dishes after the cycle. This is not realisitc and for $700 who should have to put extra efforts into their dish washing?

This dishwasher is quiet and does a great job of cleaning dishes.

I had the unit installed by the best buy guys. Well worth the fee. This dishwasher fits perfect and looks great. Also, it cleans well and is very quiet. I can't say anything bad at this point.

This is the most quiet dishwasher I have ever not heard.

I have always had dishwashers that I had to hand wash the dishes before I put them in the machine to again wash. When I got this machine I tested it with a cassarole dish that had baked on cheese all around the edge. I was so pleased it came out, no food and no spots.The bottom rack has a feature to pull the back half of the tines to lay crock pots and large baking dishes in. The top rack has a deeper side for tall glasses. HINT FOR DRYING; use the Sanitze setting, it drys perfect.

I have only had the dishwasher for a month, but so far no problems. It is very quiet. We can not even hear it running if you are not in the kitchen. I like the double silverware baskets, and the staggered height. The build materials and details are very good. Would buy another one.

Look great i have a big family . So lot of dishs to clean it has alot of room . The disks come out very clean.

I thought, "how odd" when the sales girl at Best Buy told me there was no filter to remove and clean in this dishwasher. I should have been thinking oh h#!! no! I do the dishes in my house so I know the dishes going in are rinsed well and do not have food particles on them. We bought this dishwasher a year ago and have had the repair person out 2 times. I got the same error message AGAIN this week. Now that I'm out of warranty I'm buying a different one. The problem is without a filter things can easily get into the drain line. It's not built up food. It was the plastic cap that covers the screw that holds the dishwasher in place. The 1st repair person fixed it. The 2nd recommended we leave the plastic cap off because it's a recurring issue with this dishwasher. Now I have taken the dishwasher apart and can't get to whatever is blocking the way and I refuse to pay $100+ to repair. I would rather spend that $100+ on a dishwasher with a removable filter that I can easily take out, clean and replace myself.

It has great compartment space and runs quietly, which is very important to me. Very easy to use, few options (who needs more?).

The cycles are long and still remove little of the food. When dishes are clean they emerge with a thick layer of soap scum (regardless of how much or how little soap used). The machine is quiet, but then again the same goes for leaving dishes soaking in suds in the sink.

In addition to having a very long run time, it is hard not to pull out the lower rack and not get it off the track. The rack is low, so have to bend more and hard to get at silverware rack.

From day 1, this dishwasher failed to clean our dishes. Plus, I was astonished at how long the cycle took. Overall, we were extremely disappointed.
