Bought the DMT series dishwasher over a year ago. Three service calls means three days off work for this piece of junk. Samsung supoort is difficult to find. The service guys even told me that it was an unreliable appliance and they're seeing many failures. Samsung has failed to deliver on this appliance. Too bad because I really like their TVs. I am now going to throw it away and start over with another brand.

Awesome machine, a Bosch with similar features was nearly double the price. To my delight, the entire Best Buy experience from shopping through purchase, delivery and setup could not have been any smoother. Excellent sales staff and careful competent delivery staff

I can not believe that A dishwasher can be so quiet. After years of having a "normal one" it is weird to not be able to hear it. The only time you really can hear it is when the water drains out into the drain. Also there is a lot of room to load various types of dish ware. I really like it!!!

This Samsung dishwasher has exceeded my expectations, specifically, much quieter than I expected.

CALLED REPAIR , WAS TOLD SORRY USE JET DRY FOR BETTER PERFORMANCE TO GET DISHES DRY.

This is so much nicer than our original dishwasher. Only problem is I am having a hard time trying to fit our 'larger dishes' in it... I'm sure it will get easier in time...

I bought this for my parents when they moved into their new house. It had no appliances and the kitchen needed a lot of work. Not only does this look great in the kitchen, but it's a Samsung so you know it's a great machine! They are very happy with it and mention almost every time I come over to visit !

This was about 100 bucks less then everywhere else . This is a better unit then my family members who swear by kitchen aid l his is a very well built unit . Going to be getting everything for my kitchen from here !

This is the first review I have EVER written. This dishwasher has been a nightmare. It has never worked right. It came with a two pack of the cascade pacs, the little square ones. After the first few loads the little square was still in one piece in the bottom of the dishwasher. Customer support told us that we had to buy the powder detergent, which we did. Ironically, after doing the first load the powder was laying on the bottom all intact. They came out and replaced the dishwasher b/c apparently the heating element wasn't working. The same problems happened with the second brand new dishwasher. This time customer support said "turn your facet's hot water on first before starting the dishwasher". Well this didn't work either. We can't use the tabs what-so-ever and the powder is usually left on the dishes. So back to the drawing board to find a new dishwasher. I always read reviews for about a month before purchasing. Unfortunately I didn't find very many bad reviews on this one

Samsung claims that their dishwashers are stainless steel covered and that is not true. Got one lost year and after 9 month there are sevaral rust spots on the unit. Asked couple of times Samsung to fix it and is not cover by warranty. Will not dry your dishes, it's just a piece of junk.

Extremely disappointed with washer. Doest clean well and appears it doesnt dry very well. Not pleased having to hand dry.

Bought Samsung because of all the other products i've bought by that company. Read the reviews prior to buying it and was'nt going to purchase it because of some of them. But when i talked to the sales person she said that if there were problems she would have heard about them. They installed it a week later and the first thing we found out was it smelled like dead fish and stunk up the kitchen when it was running. Next was the noise, it was louder than my wash machine. When you take the dishes out they were spotted because of no heated drying cycle, and the tub had beads of water on the sides that were there for days which yyou had to wipe off or that would start to stink. Called Best Buy they took it out with no trouble and i purchased a fridgidare which is as quite as a church mouse and cleans like a car wash.

Have not had any problems with the unit. Its nothing special but it does the job. Does not make much noise.

I got rid of my $1000 Bosch dishwasher to get this one, and I love it!! The cycle seems long, but it is worth waiting for. This is the best dishwasher for the price at Best Buy.

Our previous dishwasher was so noisy that we could not run it if we wanted to watch TV

This machine was well more than what I had hoped for. I'm extremely pleased with this dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone.

This dishwasher is cheaply made, the bottom dish rack has cheap plastic wheels that pop off all the time. The inside meatal seal and gasket was bent when we received it and kept catching on the bottom rack as it was pushed back into the machine. Warranty is only a year (no surprise that they won't stand behind their product longer given how poorly made it is!) Had to call repair man out to fix only to find it was not fixable. The metal seal was glued, not welded. Don't waste your money, this is a piece of junk machine at an expensive price!

My wife is very happy because is a very good product.

We were pretty happy with this dishwasher for 2 months until it failed. Now the problem is with Samsung not being able to find service center in New England wich will come over to repair it. It's being 2 weeks wasing dishes by hands!
