This is a high quality, well-insulated dishwasher that is extremely quiet. It has a clean appearance and is stainless steel inside and out.

Bought this dishwasher to replace the old one we had. The wash cycles are so quiet you wouldn't know it was on unless you looked at it.

I am very happy with this purchase. It completes the white suite of great Samsung products I purchased at great prices from Best Buy.

This dishwasher looks great with a clean front and is very quiet. I would recommend after 5 years of use.

No need to rinse. Sauces, butter, grease takes them all. Also your glasses come out great too. I highly recommend it.

Professionally installed and never ran a complete cycle. Heavy light would blink after 5 minutes. Service man said there was a crack that could not be fixed. Samsung did authorize a replacement without any stress or argument on my end. All other Samsung appliances are working well.

Replaced an old dishwasher (12+ years at least... was in house when bought) and I never realized a dishwasher wasn't supposed to sound like a combat helicopter taking off. This thing makes almost no sound in comparison. It also cleans very well, but I do think you have to use a good detergent. We've used both Finish ball-tabs and Cascade packs to good results. Also, using the Jet-Dry rinse agent (although I intend to try the white vinegar option.. look it up) and get really clean glass. Seen complaints about drying and I have no issues, even with plastics except of course for rims and ridges where water may pool. You have to leave it closed for some time after the cycle completes... we usually start in the evening and don't bother with unloading until next day, but at least several hours. Now we have no had it long enough to comment on build quality (plastic trays and shelf wheels) but again, so far so good. I've been rather mean to it in these weeks with dried on cheeses and overcooked sauces and the like and its taken it all away. Features loses a star because, while the removable tine set works for creating larger spaces in the bottom rack, we really wanted something with folding tines, but I suppose this is one less moving part to wear out. Value for Price gets 5 stars only because we caught it on a really good sale. Full price is a little steep for me, but I'm also a little tight. Would have been a 4-star Price at full price. Shop a little, it'll pay off. And lastly, the minimal design and hidden controls just look good. The three blue LED lights on the front could be a little less intense, but I don't spend a lot of time admiring it in the dark. In short a fantastic replacement for an old relic that does well what it's supposed to do and does so quietly and attractively (as far as kitchen appliances go, someone wants to get Adriana Lima to come by and do some dishes by hand, I'll re-evaluate the point).

Best thing: really quiet, and very good looking- inside and out. A few times the trap door for the soap has failed to open because something was too close in front it. The dishes do not always come out clean- they have a grit from who knows where on them. It does not get stuck on stuff like oat meal off (with-out a pre-wash). It has taken months for me to figure out how to adjust the upper rack, the only reason I figured it out is because of rating it & re-read the product description, it says it is adjustable and had to really get in there to find how.

This Samsung dishwasher is a good value. I have used the unit for about one month. The dishes come out clean and dry. It is important to use rinse aid with this machine, as it really helps the drying performance. I was initially concerned about the ability of this machine to dry the dishes because it does not use the heating element during the drying process. This is why the rinse aid is necessary. The sheeting action of the rinse aid ensures that most water is shed from the dishes and the convection drying is then able to handle the rest. The machine is very quiet which is an important feature for me. Also, the design of the machine is quite nice. There are no external controls and only 3 LED's to show the current status of the wash cycle. My only minor complaint is that the racks don't accomodate our dishes quite as nicely as I would like. Cup racks too narrow and plates sit at an angle. This is probably more due the shape of our dishes, though.

Very upset this unit looks good but I have to have maintenance after 2 months of purchase date???
